We booked this company for a cotton candy machine and glitter tattoo artists for an event this week, and we've been trying for days to get a hold of someone, but their phone number goes to message, and their inbox is full. We are now in a pickle, and a little stressed out.I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. The owner did manage to get a hold of me after I posted this review, and did provide services at our event. The event went great, and she and her staff were wonderful the night of.I believe this company and business owner are overwhelmed - not only with inquiries since events are beginning to happen in earnest again, but also with life circumstances. She gave a lot of reasons as to why there was no communication the week leading up to the event, but her past reviews would indicate that this was not an isolated event. I hope they can find their groove and serve their customers well, because this business is a much needed service in the valley!

I have yet to book and finalize my daughter's birthday party with Fraser Valley Party Rentals since I need to finalize a venue first but I had to post a review. So far, this company has been the one of the only few that has responded very quickly. I'm dealing with schools, other venues, face painter, etc...and I appreciate Angela for her quick response. It's sad to say it's rare to see so this is definitely appreciated. Thank you and keep it up Fraser Valley Party Rentals!

Such a wonderful company to hire. They were able to deliver 2 bouncy castles to my event along with a generator. I was told that each castle must be within 100 feet or it will fry chords so I got the generator to go with though I felt a little sorry for their delivery personel though! They had to roll the bounce up 10 steps In my back greenery.This company is wonderful! just hope they are able to get more workers to help them with everything. Definitely a 5 star company!

Great experience with Fraser Valley Party Rentals. Staff were friendly and helpful. Arrived early for set up and perfect time for pick up. Highly recommend and will use again for future events . So much fun at very reasonable rates !

I live in South Surrey and a neighbour had hired this company for her child’s birthday party. I could hear the owner or representative of this company screaming from my house four residences away. I was shocked at his foul language and how he was screaming at our neighbour, getting in her face. She is a small 5ft slight woman and this man was red in face and screaming at her. I became so concerned I walked to a neighbor who is a police officer to see if they could assist in defusing the situation. Unfortunately they were not home. When I walked over to see if I could help, I could hear my neighbour asking him to please calm down as there were children in the area and that to please not yell at her. He continued to scream at her as he got into the car and kept hurling obscenities at her as he drove away. Though my neighbour tried to downplay the situation, even if their business dealing did not work out, such volatility was shocking. It is unfortunate that multiple parents and children could hear him due to the vicinity of a park and school nearby. I worry for other people including the employees of such an individual. Our neighbour advised that the company eventually reached out, however though initially trying to explain that the person was overworked and hence his behaviour, eventually they blamed her for having too small a yard and lied, saying she was abusing their employee though none of the many parents who witnessed this individuals behaviour saw anything done by our neighbour.

Got in contact with the company for my kid's birthday and we ordered a The Tiki climbing bounce castle. They were so polite and organized they made my kids very happy and what makes my kids happy, makes me happy. Thank you so much for all your hard work and would recommend to all.

Update*I dislike LIARS, mam. We spoke on the phone, and you apologized (hence the call was after my first review, if I haven't put out a review, I would not have had a phone call). Afterwards, you reassured me that YOUR company would provide the bouncy castles, chairs and tables for my twin's bday. What happens is that only one bouncy castle worked that day. You guys sent a technician the tech couldn't make it work, so we ended up with one bouncy castle (which, by the way, was a theme because it's a boy and girl bday, so we ended up with the bouncy girl castle). Then the staff wanted to charge us for both castles knowingly the other court did not work.Let me remind you, madame; it is your company to deliver a quality product, not defective products and then ask the customer to PAY for the service. And now lie on your review- The AUDACITY-The norm with the company is for no one to answer the phone; you will be lucky to get a response one day after that. Good luck having someone reach out to you for your event on time. I have been planning a birthday party and have wanted to hire this company for two weeks now; we have been playing cat and mouse. My events are in 2 days, and still, no one to respond to my emails and many voicemails I have left.Please, people, read the reviews. Otherwise, you will be stressed out and disappointed.
