OMG its been a long time since Ive had service this good. The manager Terry went above and beyond to help me out. I felt comfortable and confident with them looking after me and my car. I have no one to help me out and Terry made sure I was able to get home and back until a courtesy car was available. When my car was finished it was better than new and so clean and shiny. I was very impressed. I cant stop singing their praise.

The team at this Kirmac is truly exceptional. My husband and I took our truck there after an accident during the snow storms, where a big ice patch did some serious damage. The entire team was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They made what can be a very stressful situation, a total breeze, and we truly appreciate it. From making sure we got the right type of rental vehicle, while our truck was being fixed, so we could still go to our cabin over the Christmas Holidays, to keeping us informed via text on the progress of our vehicle, they really were exceptional from start to finish, and provided the best quality customer service ever. We also appreciate how hands on the manager is, you can tell he takes pride in his team and shop and his friendliness and presence was fantastic & memorable. Literally from the first call to book in after the accident, till we drove our newly fixed truck off the property, every interaction with this team was fantastic! I dropped off my sons car to be fixed yesterday and am completely blown away by the customer service provided by Madeleine and Shon. I was SO impressed by the service I received at this Kirmac on 228th in Maple Ridge. They followed through with everything they said. My car looks great, the damage from my fender bender is gone and they cleaned my car, inside and out. They even cleaned my dog hammock! I feel like they really care about their clients. I'm supper impressed. I highly recommend this branch!
