About two years ago, I went to Tires To Go to buy a used car battery. The owner put in a battery that didn't fit my car. They didn't even bother to bolt it properly into the vehicle (and threw away the parts I would need to make any battery be able to be properly bolted in afterward). When my car died shortly after, and I found out the battery wasnt actually a fit for my vehicle, I asked the owner to resolve the issue. After avoiding me for a while, he finally answered my call in a hostile and defensive way. He yelled at me and said that I had only come to him for a temporary solution to my car's issues, which wasn't true. Who goes to a mechanic for a fix that only lasts a couple of weeks? I wound up losing hundreds of dollars, and having to buy another battery from elsewhere. And that was the last time I ever went to this place.

Very Bad Experience. Never Ever go to this place. I took my car for safety inspection and everything was worked fine. After inspecting my car mechanic suggested to change brake routers front and rear. They told me overall cost of 1k. So I bought parts from outside still they charged me doubled of Normal price. Owner is so greedy. Worst experience

I’ve been to the shop once before & decided to take my car again after I was having issue with my car over heating. Mind you I took my car before to multiple shop before taking it to this shop. I purchased my winter tire & fixed the heating thermostat & fixed one of the wiring that connects to the fan which was due to me getting into accident like 8 months ago so I kept having issue. The owner mike was very pleasant to deal with & genuinely wanted to help. Instead of telling me that I need to replace my fan which other mechanics have said ( even though it was fairly new) mike didn’t want me to spent more money & assured me that nothing was wrong with the fan & simply fixed the issue for way cheaper then expected instead of replacing the whole unit. Even though his shop was closed today, he still gave me a call & followed up to make sure the car was working fine. I know it’s easy to overlook the shop when passing by but def go check it out. Prices are pretty reasonable. Will be coming again

I've been dealing with Mike and tires 2 go for over 10 + years and honestly can say he has always either got me the cheapest price or most competitive for all my tires. I've sent my family to him and he's done the same.Phil.

Overall experience to write a review wouldn't be pleasant. Maintance to your vehicle go to a reliable place. Management skills very poor in handling the situation.
