Define Auto Care

I went to define auto care with my sister’s car which we just bought it had a weird smell and when Joey examined the car with the light, he found mold on the seats and he went the extra mile to pull out the seat belt fully and discovered mold inside the seat belt. He did a full shampoo of the car! Honestly couldn’t tell if I bought a used car because it looked so new. He even took the time to steam clean where the spare tire goes. Not a lot of people would provide that good of a service from my experience. Overall, since then I’ve brought my own car, my parents cars and many of my other friends have been here too! Never heard a bad thing! They’re the best! Definitely recommend! A lot of respect for Joey and his team for going the extra mile for us and giving spectacular service!

I got my new car fully protected with PPF and ceramic coating few months ago. Its detailing has also been maintained by them. The protection that you can get from those is mind-blowing. If you love and care about your car, Define Auto is the one to go to! Amazing work, thanks!

I've seen Define Auto Care's details in the building lobby for years but only decided to given them a try after receiving their flyer on my windshield last Nov. I wish I had tried them out sooner.Joey and his crew are detailed, hard-working and passionate. I can't recommend them highly enough.

It's long, but read this review if you are a car person and hesitant about trusting your car to somebody else. Like me.I detail my own cars. I am fairly skilled and knowledgeable at it too. I have everything I need, pressure washer, extractor, high-end DA polisher, steam cleaner and more. I buy extreme brands like Kamikaze coatings.I did my own ceramic coatings, polished family and friends' cars for free so I can gain experience. I even thought about opening my own detailing business.I never, ever took my car to any automatic wash, or allowed anyone else touch it.A couple weeks ago, I was in a pinch and decided to take the bullet. I needed the car clean. I wasn't able to do it myself. I thought What's the worst that can happen? I can simply polish and fix everything myself if they mess it up."It is with quite humility now that I'm writing this review.I cannot stress how amazing the results were. Mind you

The owner, Joey, very professionally greeted me and explained what would be done and how long it would take. He was very kind to ‘go the extra mile’ without extra charges for some added services he wanted me to have. When I went to retrieve my car, I had to put my sun glasses on — it was just gleaming. And the insides were just as well attended to.A special thank you to you Joey! You will be seeing me again!

This place is THE best car detailing service I’ve ever taken my car to. I cannot express my satisfaction enough. From start to finish, their attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional service left me thoroughly impressed. They even went FAR above and beyond what I thought they would do, for example, while I paid for full interior and exterior detailing, I did not expect them to also polish out minor scratches and leave the car looking brand new again. I will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on. Well done guys!

Purchased the mini detail for the boss as a gift. They were accommodating with a last-minute request to move up the appointment and the steering wheel felt noticeably better when they were done. Great attention to detail and care was taken with the items left inside the vehicle.
