Warren's Parcel Express

3 stars because the older female at the front counter is such a miserable person. Maybe a bad day? Based on other reviews I think it's her. PA already suffers from lower than typical customer service. This person takes the bar even lower.

Reasonable Rates, and when I've ordered parts from Saskatoon in the morning they arrive in P.A. by the afternoon. Minus 2 stars because everything has to be paid in cash, not even debit cards are accepted and their customer service isn't great.

I called warrens parcel to see if they had my parcel as I’m missing one… I was confronted with the most ignorant women in customer service, telling me I had to get the right tracking info even though she was provided with it. She didn’t even attempt to look for the package. Would not trust this company again.

They will not leave a message when your package comes in, not sure how you are supposed to know when it has arrived. When asked the lady said she is too busy to leave messages. That place must be full of packages that people don’t know to pick up.

I've always enjoyed dealing with Warren's Parcel Express. Their rates are reasonable and they go out of their way to help accommodate our crazy payroll deliveries. They make sure that everything is delivered promptly and follow up on any missing envelopes. I would highly recommend using their service. :)

Horrible. They won't even attempt delivery service. I am disabled and at home 24/7. I have had 3 parcels now not make it to me, because of Warrens. They refuse to even attempt delivery and then I am forced to try to find someone to go pick it up for me as I cannot drive or walk very far. People need to stop using this service.

My package was delivered to the wrong address and signed for by someone else. When i phoned them the woman that answered was incredibly rude and and was not concerned with the improper delivery. I am not happy with Warren's at all if i had a choice for deliveries i would never use them. If they correct this i will change my review.

UPS uses them to ship to our location (we are 30 minutes north) yet they refuse to deliver to us (even though UPS is paying them to). They always make us come to pick it up, and when we do they are always rude. Really disappointed with the service, and always tell our customers and other businesses to not ship UPS for this reason.

I always hated UPS and was super happy when I found out WPS was now delivering for them.Literally all 3 packages never reached my place. All 9 tries they've gone to a different apartment so I've had to go out of my way to their location which isnt paved and uneven.Don't their vehicles have GPS? I don't see how that mistake was made 9 times (3 different packages delivered 3 times each) even tho I called and told them after it never showed up.2 times I had called into work because it was important I receive them on that day.Biggest issue. The UPS website says you can pay for the duty and taxes with debit. Since I don't have a credit card or cheques that was great. I go there and they say I have to go to my bank, get a money order (Which costs you). So already dealing with bs multiple times then I have to go to my bank even though I showed them that I'm allowed to pay with debit, even called UPS customer service and asked if I could use debit at WPS and they assured me it was an option of payment they offer.Thanks for nothing and I hate ever having to deal with UPS or WPS.
