Super super honest guy. Extremely kind and he clearly knows his stuff. Our TV stopped working one day and had no clue what happened to it. We brought it to this guy, and he performed a miracle. He could've charged us any price for the repair, but he was very honest in telling us what wasn't working (thus, giving us a very genuine price for what didn't work).Would recommend 100%!!

ThIs guys is phenomenal he’s competent and honest and actually pretty funny guy , he will do everything to help your situation has helped me countless times and have to force him to take my money because a few times didn’t want to charge me or it was just a rediculous low price , bottom line very well recommended !!!

Don is a great guy and does wonderful work. Trustworthy and reliable. Don has worked on multiple vintage Sansui’s Marantz’s Pioneer’s and many more receivers and amps I have purchased - always does a top job.

Don Pershal is a super nice and honest guy. Great friendly service at a fair price. If it's not worth fixing he will let you know instead of trying to rip you off. Excellent place!

I never went to the store but the person is so genuine and generous that i called for a printer cable and store was just closed he was ready to give it some how if there was emergency. Also he told me other stores which carry the exact product i was searching for…
