Happy with Honey!I went in the other day for a mini magic wand and it's great. Brooke was very helpful, friendly and professional.I've shopped at Honey quite a bit. Their lingerie sets are very pretty and elegant and garner a lot of compliments! The pieces are pricier than your average lingerie shop but I've never had a problem with quality - nothing stretching out weird or anything.Worth it if you have your eye on something special.

The service here was so nice and they helped me find everything I needed. I got two bras and they look so good would definitely recommend to any one trying to impress.

My first time there I spent over $400 on various items. The staff treated us well enough and I left thinking this is the place I'll come back to to spend thousands over the years.When I got home I opened one of the packages to find it was not the same item that was indicated by the demo unit sitting atop the very box I was holding.I took the incorrect unit back (a 45 minute drive one-way for me) and was told that I couldn't exchange or refund. I kinda get that - but it could have been used as a demo.Anyway, the part that really miffed me was how I had to fight and grovel to get a discount on the unit I originally wanted.The store had their displays set up incorrectly, and I was paying the price for it.In the end I spent over $500 after getting the replacement, and felt that the owners didn't care in the slightest about my satisfaction.I always try to shop at physical locations if possible to give people jobs, but I'm afraid they might have lost me as a (very spendy!) customer.Good selection of gear but they lack empathy and accountability. 90% chance I'll not return, and I can't in good faith recommend to a friend. Anything they have is easy enough to find online. Unfortunate.Edit: I see their reply as somewhat passive aggressive and ignoring the core issue I brought up. They are sorry the wrong item was purchased... I did the purchasing hence they are apologizing for me?Also, even though the product was still sealed in plastic and unopened apart from the outer box, I get that it could not be resold.What I don't get is why I couldn't get what I'd originally wanted for cost. They are profiting from their own poor product presentation and blaming me.Apart from this mistake, their lack of accountability, and lack of trying to make it up to me, it's really a great store. Everything was high quality. The first staff encounter was amazing. I just can't go back or recommend after the treatment I had the second time, and now their similar treatment in a reply here.Perhaps I've helped a future customer since they've said they'll be more careful? Maybe that's a tiny bit of accountability?

This is probably the best adult store in Vancouver. It looks very nice inside, it is clear that special attention is paid to aesthetics. No vulgarity, there is very beautiful. The consultants are very nice and always ready to help. The store is quite a wide choice and you can find everything you need. Been here 4 times and every time I left the store with a good mood. Recently I bought a toy that turned out to be broken, but they quickly replaced it with the exact same one. This is not often found in this kind of stores. The girl behind the cash register was soo sweet. I recommend to everyone.I advise you to add more photos of your store from the inside, this can attract customers a little.
