Sara did an amazing job with our wedding photos. She was quick to edit and send them. She had excellent ideas of what shots would look good. She was able to capture our emotions in a picture. It is incredible to be able to look at them and feel exactly the same looking at them as we did in the moment. If you need a photographer for your special occasion, you just found her!

Sara did a WONDERFUL job taking photos of my daughter, my mother and I! I honestly am looking forward to using her for future photography sessions for myself and family. She takes more photos than I asked for & she really tries her best. She came well prepared with photo props as well! She has an eye for detail and she was very patient and flexible with us. She made it a story telling session and had pulled emotions out of us - exactly what we needed for the perfect session. She communicated very effectively and connected with us superbly. I can tell this is a PASSION of hers and her free time is used towards editing photos and ensuring customer satisfaction. She negotiated very professionally and found the best way" for every situation - it worked for us! I hope to see her again and use her services again in the future. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her photo sessions and I absolutely love that Nicole Beck (another local photographer) also made a review for Butterfly Photography. I wouldn’t recommend this photographer for a wedding. She was very nice in the beginning and once she received the check her attitude changed. At my wedding there was 45 minutes left, she walked up to me and asked “can we hurry this up” regardless of the reason for her request she asked me to “hurry up” my once in a lifetime wedding. A lot of the photos came out blurry and very important pictures (family photos, first kiss, etc) weren’t included in the bunch of photos she gave back to me. I had to request for those important photos. We went with this photographer because she is also a videographer, but our video is exactly what we didn’t want. We asked for mainly dancing at the end of the wedding, but instead she only included our ceremony and cut off our heads for 75% of the video. We were in disbelief. All together her work isn’t worth the money she’s asking for. I recommend looking for someone more professional.Since I can’t respond to your comment, our heads were cut off for our entire ceremony in our video we paid so much money for. You didn’t come an hour early you came at your scheduled 8 hour paid time. Thanks for taking the time to read my review!

I booked Mother’s Day minis and Sara was great!! Things didn’t go exactly as planned because of the wind but she gave me another option and the pictures turned out beautiful!

To be quite honest, I wasn’t going to post a review here because I felt that the point had been made that Sara’s work during our wedding was not up to the standard she advertised nor has demonstrated with past weddings she has photographed and posted photos of. However, upon reading her assistant suggest that my wife is a “bridezilla” and also make comments regarding how many drinks she believed the bridal party to have consumed, I felt the record should be set straight.First off, Sara started off very easy to work with, we thought that we were in good hands with a photographer. Our engagement photo session was great, no complaints at all. However, we soon came to find that there was a change in Sara’s attitude. At one point during a meeting prior to our wedding day when speaking about ideas of what we would like photographed, Sara responded to one of my wife’s ideas by saying “I find that boring, I’ll have my assistant do it” (not exactly professional or customer-service oriented. On the day of the wedding Sara and her team showed up at their scheduled time of 2pm. I can assure you, nobody was intoxicated by then nor leading up to the ceremony. As for the number of photos, yes we were confident we had enough taken, however upon receiving exactly 196 photos out of the over 1,000 photos taken, we found that multiple photos were blurry, missing, etc. As for the family emergency, we would have been quite understanding if she had “kindly asked” as suggested however she merely walked up to my wife during our reception and stated “can we hurry this up” which upset many people at the wedding. Also, nowhere in the contract does it state that we were required to purchase a package. Finally, we asked Sara many times for additional photographs post-wedding that we wanted to see, to which we received pushback with Sara stating she “only sends the best of the best”. After receiving the unedited photographs, we found many shots which were not included in the original 196 edited photos.Personal attacks do not look good for your business. We have done nothing but state the facts here. I only hope that you don’t deliver the quality of product we received to another couple.

Absolutely beautiful work! I highly recommend her for all wedding photography. She really goes above and beyond for all her clients.If you want something edited, she will edit it for you. You want a video done a certain way, she will make sure it happens. I am very impressed with her work and dedication!BOOK HER NOW!
