I was referred to this business by myinsurance after a car accident (March, 2023). Heather at the front office and Dhev on the technical side are the two staff members who served me. They were very pleasant, clearly communicative, knowledgeable and prompt in their dockets. I hope that this honest note of gratitude reaches you and your entire team that work hard to have us back safe on the road.

While the work they did and the service I received was good, upon picking up my vehicle we discovered that there was damage occurred while my truck was on their lot for over 2 months. A huge check of paint was taken out and my side mirror was broken. This was NOT damage that was there when my truck was taken in for repair after an accident. I brought the damage to their attention and was told that they would fix it and would contact me after the holiday. That was 2 months ago now and I haven’t heard anything. I’ve left messages and emailed and nobody is getting back to me. Very frustrating because the paint chip is right down to the metal and starting to rust.

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately the person scheduled to examine my car was not present and Darr stepped in and examined the car and fixed the problem immediately to ensure that it was safe for me to drive. I was in an out so quickly! Thank you!

Stay far away from this place I brought my Subaru Impreza here for a bumper repair through my insurance with working led headlights then when I went to pick up my car my driver side headlight did not work they claimed that my light was defective and they could not do anything about it. So now I have a headlight that doesn't work because they broke it.They also made me waste so much time back and forth taking many hours off of work to get my bumper fixed from my accident in November of 2022, I just got my bumper fixed now in march!! Very unprofessional people and estimate person was very rude. You would also think that they would use OEM parts not aftermarket. Never again will I go here or trust these people on my car!!

Going through my first accident was painful enough, however Ron and his team at Assured Auto have done an outstanding repair on my car. It looks better than before and I'm pretty sure it's cleaner as well. They were exceptional at communicating the process, and also gave me a piece of mind when they were keeping me updated on the progress they've made. I am very pleased with my experience at Assured, and I can't thank them enough!

Amazing work and employees. Dhar and Heather helped a lot and was very supportive and amazing! They had worked on my 2020 Honda Civic and I was absolutely happy with the out come. Highly recommend this place.

Assured staffing is outstanding, and their services are indeed unprecedented. Dhar& Hearther seems to be the heartbeat of the company,they shake the community by getting the work done in a very limited time. I was impressed by pleasantness and professionalism of Heather, Mozen and two other colleagues, whose names, unfortunately, I did not request.Assured repaired my car, cleaned it thoroughly and within the stated time period.
