The lady working was amazing! I got my first spray tan here and i will definitely be going back next time i need one! She was super helpful and telling me everything about each product, she explained how it was done and gave me very detailed instructions. 10/10

The staff is amazing, best I have dealt with yet. Hardworking, did not brush people away when it got busy or close to closing time. I got the spray tan and I have at other stores but this store has a great tanning bed and the fragrance options were a lot better than I have had at other stores.

Ladies here are wonderful and truly care about customer satisfaction. No judgment WHAT SO EVER when I show up in my pj’s for a spray tan right before they close. Had to drive an hour in from downtown Calgary once because I had bought a package at that store and didn’t realize I could only use it at that location, got there and they were all out of dark spray tan but LUCKILY they took pity on me and let me use the last one on hold for somebody else to use the next day, they had a shipment that would be in in time for them so they pulled strings to help me out right before they closed. I had to be in set the next day for my first principal role and needed to be tan for the part, they literally saved my life and my career that day ❤️

Visited from Edmonton and was SHOCKED at how dirty this Fabutan was. Clumps of dust hanging off the walls. Not to mention the bed was in terrible condition. Cracks all over the bed and the start/stop button was non existent….wouldn’t ever step foot in this Fabutan again !!!

I got classic lash extensions done. overall the experience was fine. she was breathing quite heavily and i could smell the smoke on her hands but it was manageable. but after i saw my lashes and they looked off but not bad. i didn’t think much off it till the next couple days when they looked quite clumpy. when they started falling out i noticed that some where volume lashes instead of the classic single ones. i went to a different location to get my refill (which then made the 50% off special void :( ) and the girl said the person who did it must have been lazy and saw that i had a ton of lashes and just put some volume ones on to save her time from having to put them on all my lashes. my lashes now look so much better!!Please don’t skimp out :(

I booked a tanning appointment here weeks in advance for April 19th. I get there, the girl (who is apparently a manager) showed up right at opening. Then I had to wait 15 minutes while she set up to find out their machine has been broken for two weeks. Told me she “f-ing hates the place and hopes she gets fired.” Then sent me to the Beltline location where the boy behind the counter didn’t know how to operate the machine so I still couldn’t get a spray tan. Almost a month later and I still haven’t received a refund.Unorganized, unprofessional and complete crooks. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I went to the lash location by chinook mall a few weeks ago and the whole experience was not that great beginning to end. The girl that did my lashes was really nice but I knew I would never go back. Well today is saw Taylor at the beltline Fabutan! She was fantastic!! The whole salon was great! My lashes look amazing, exactly what I wanted!! She even asked what kind of curl I wanted. I didn’t even know that was a thing as the chinook location never asked me that. 100% recommend the beltline location!!! Taylor is the best!!!

First of all, great staff and service. All the staff are really friendly and helpful for sure. However, I don’t understand why they replaced the baby wipes with wet towels soaked in some sort of liquid to clean your hands after a spray tan. Seems like a very cheap move and not sure if it’s sanitary. Certainly not standard in the industry. For the price we pay they should be able to able to provide us with proper wet wipes for after the spray tan at least.Sorry to have to leave this unpleasant review as the staff are really great people.
