Honestly, my ielts exam was there today on 10/06/2023.I am so upset with their services they didnt use headphones for listening they played openly in room when i was listening sound from other rooms. They should inform us through email so we wont book any exam with them.Moreover , an indian lady who was instructor today was so unprofessional. I dont know her name but she was wearing red bangles maybe she is newly married was showing attitude because i asked wy dont they have same services or rules as idp has. And then i asked for water she said bring your own water bottle, i cant give you water, really? I was sitting there for 3 hours thirsty. I am wondering what kind of instructor she is ,not even kind enough to give your student a glass of water. Wow, i am just so hurt to see this kind of people as an instructor.Moreover, if you dont have headphone service , please mention on your website, dont spread false informationThanks.
