Amazing service since 2019. StayPut has done a lot for the community with a number of different initiatives.Wait times have improved drastically, its obvious changes have been made! I love this service, and the people working at StayPut.

They dont even answer the phone anymore apparently, have no clue what is going with this company. Considering a lot of people rely on this sort of thing in a small town its completely frustrating to have to deal with the lack of professionalism and organization. We've had numerous bad experiences with this company but we have no choice sometimes but to resort to using them. One time we managed to order McDonalds via phone. Waited an hour and called only to be told the Drivers car had broken down, they had just picked up our meals"

Had large shopping list and suddenly no vehicle. Was relieved to find this business until I attempted to use their services for the first time this week, and was left waiting. I received my confirmation for the time I requested, but nobody ever came. Nobody even took the time to let me know they weren't coming. What a waste of time and an awful understanding of how a business should run. If I could comment without giving a star, I would. NEGATIVE 10 STARS

I tried to put a trial order in just to see what the cost of one Big Mac would be delivered. Turns out that you can't see the rates when ordering online. Immediately after hitting 'place order', I expected some details or such regarding cost or other details. Nope. I immediately hit the 'contact us' button and wrote a note asking them to disregard the order. An hour later my $16 Big Mac showed up. After contacting the company with my concerns they immediately offered a refund. The driver was great and offered a lot of pricing information for any future transactions. Pretty great customer service.

I can't stress enough how needed this service is needed. Absolutely fantastic service and people. Very reasonable prices and can order from literally anywhere. 10/10

StayPut is the best delivery service in the area. Affordable, convenient, friendly, fast, and super understanding. I started using the service in 2020, and they just keep getting better over time! Thanks for being so awesome you guys!!

Yup, I waited patiently and, my service was wonderful. It was courteous, accurate, efficient and with a smile.Omgosh everyone can imagine how busy they are, and need to respect this with kind patience.Just having a delivery service in our beautiful small town, thank you Stay Put for a service we can all go to but, again, everyone needs to respect this is a business like all businesses, some days short staffed, vacations, etc.Be safe to all. We've used the service three times. The first time shortly after the service became available for a small grocery order, and received it late with some of the wrong items. The second time was a couple months later for Taco Bell and received the correct order over an hour from the expected delivery time. We used it again tonight over a year later for Taco Bell again, hoping they found their stride, and nobody ever showed up or contacted us. Right on.

UPDATE ITS BEEN 2 HOURS NOW. NO PHONE CALL OR EMAIL STILL. EMAILED THEM TO JUST CANCEL THE ORDER ! Been waiting an hour now for our food. Plus alot of the time I have to call or email them to make sure my order went through bc they have told me a few times that it hasn't went through n ended up waiting til the next day for my order and also now Noone ever answers the phone or barley answers emails ...I live in a tiny town and depend on these services alot. So disappointing
