Use to go here as a kid and my father has been going here for 30 years. 5 days ago I tried to book an appointment because my eyes are hurting me. The receptionist told me I haven’t been there in 7 years I’ll have to wait till she finds my folder as I am not in the system. She made in clear she is unable to book me in until she finds said folder. I followed up 5 days later and she told me she has been to busy to look for it And maybe she can find it before next week as it is a long weekend and she is unbothered to look as of now. The whole time she talked to me in a rude and demeaning way and I don’t think she is going to even look for said folder.

So pleased with the staff and Dr. Thank-you for an excellent appointment and treatment.
