Been a loyal customer, the advisor been annoying for me being 2 min late to my appointment. Told me I should have been here 15 min before my appointment when it was never mentionned during the phone call when I booked for my appointment. So I thank them for losing a loyal and long time customer and took my vehicle to another shop.

I would 100% recommend coming here for a very excellent customer service and as well as any problems you might have with your car. I had previously visited to get my car checked out for some issues and as well as an oil change, must I say that Inder was very helpful and my oil change took no time at all. As soon as I came in, he took no time at all to make me feel welcome, but also provided a very highly exceptional customer service experience throughout the whole time. I would DEFINITELY recommend this location to all friends and family and don’t forget to ask for Inder. Thank you so much KALTIRE!

Been a loyal customer of them for years but ever since covid, these guys have gone downhill. Just today came in to ask for a puncture repair and the front desk clerk says I have to book and it'll be next day... Seriously? Give your head a shake. If you can't fit in couple puncture repairs in your day, don't bother calling yourself a tire shop. Must be making all the big money on new tire installs. Went to a smaller shop on hastings and they had it done in 45 mins. Won't be going back to Kal tire until they fix their scheduling and customer service.

I had a great experience with the team here. They were professional, friendly, patient, and understanding. I was recommended a few different options, and chose the one that fit my needs best. I would recommend paying them a visit if you are in the market for a new set of wheels, and maybe even a minor suspension repair too. They provided me with sound advice and a reasonable turnaround time. Even as a first-time walk-in, I felt that I was treated fairly and welcomed as a valuable client.

I've had some bad luck with my car this year after someone drove into me. I went for a second attempt to get my tires changed at Kal Tire, only to realise the repair centre I took my car to hadn't given me back my wheel lock, and I had to cancel my change over again (I'm sorry). Jaime was kind and listened to my frustrations and helped me come up with a solution. He set me up for another appointment that afternoon and was really kind when none of it was his fault. I was able to fix my wheels and came back and finally get my tires changed over. Jaime and Harman? (I'm sorry I don't recall her name), were so helpful and kind. I'm so thankful for them on a very stressful morning!

Went to get some quotation on my car as need Alignment and brakes on it . My rep Inderpal helped me out and prepared some quotes for me. He was excellent in his service. They were busy but Inderpal acknowledged me as soon as I entered store. He explained me kal tire customer care policies and help me understand more about my vehicle.Will definitely be back and will recommend this location to all my friends and family.Cheers to Kaltire for helping us.

Came here to patch a punctured tire. Staff was polite, facility was clean and the car finished earlier than time promised. The technician covered my car seat with a new plastic sheet before seating himself, and wasn't rough driving my car in and out of the facility. The cost for patching the tire was also reasonable.

I picked up a metal staple in my tire around 430pm on a saturday. I was leaving on a road trip with my partner early the next morning. I was freaking out, called around to a bunch of different places who wouldn't pick-up, or I was being continuously transferred or put on hold.Kal-Tire recognized my emergency, they said they would look at it ,even though it was near the end of business hours. I was able to get my truck in, they fixed the tire and I was out by 5 pm. Top tier service, great people

Woke up with a flat tire. Left my vehicle with them. They were able to fit my tire repair in during the day, no charge. Will be buying my next set from them again. Thanks Kal Tire for supporting your community.
