I had a good experience at Aesop store( all of the stores in Toronto) especially this location. They have really helpful staff. This location is the reason why I can’t stop buying products from Aesop.You never disappointed!! Love Aesop!!

First time in an Aesop store but have used products at hotels where I have stayed. Was greeted by two very nice employees who gave me some tea because I was suffering with allergies (spring time). Luca was my sales associate. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and equally well mannered. I really enjoyed learning about the skincare line. I left with some samples of products that he thought would be of interest to me. My time at the store was very enjoyable and relaxing. Thanks Luca!

This is why sadly I like Aesop but can’t stand the pretentiousness of staff. I was in this afternoon and literally bought two bottles of perfume so quickly as the staff on the shop floor wouldn’t let me touch the bottles. I had taken the cap off and she couldn’t get it out of my hand quick enough! Decided to buy marakkesh and gloam within 30sec so I wouldn’t have to deal with the rudeness. I much prefer the queen street location and will go there moving forward. Some basic manners and losing the coldness as a human is a given in any trade
