The prices and rates can't be beat, and they don't try and sell you anything you don't need. They worked really hard and fast to make sure I had my car in no time. Not at all a pleasant experience, sales people nice, but when it comes to finance, not at all. It’s like they barely give you options, and just throw you to the wolf. Don’t give you other options. I guess there advertising for 2nd and 3rd chance is just for show. Was not offered other ways to buy my vehicle or other vehicles. Will not be recommending this place to anyone, and future business I will take elsewhere.

I bought a car in this dealership in May. Unfortunately, I was too naive to believe a manager that the car is serviced and checked properly. I explained that my wife is new driver and she doesn't able to visit services and fix the car. A manager assured me that everything is OK. It was my mistake to believe him. After leaving a dealership I felt slight vibration, but I thought that the problem is with wheels balance. I am a truck driver and drive the car only at weekend. That's why I tried to fix it just after several month or about 500 km. It led to about 1000 cad to find a problem (rotors, pads, axel, several balances). Long story short, dont be naive as I was and dont believe everything you are told.

Lots of problems with my kia sedona sxl & customer service! The past three years has been a joke! From doors not opening or closing, sometimes even open by themselves, sunroof would not close properly, set of tires every year! exhaust burning undercarriage, gas door not opening, bad sounds from frontend, loud thumps from rear, back seats broken, leather interior not fitting properly, auto beams malfunctioning, wheel alignment not done, when they said it was! transmission slipping, coolant cover broken, chrome peel off rim's, cant keep rear brakes in working order! You would think kia canada and edmundston kia, would make sure that customers are priority! Edmundston kia serviced my vehicle only to let me down once again! Keeping the customers vehicle for 40 days for the job not too be completed over and over and over like they said it was! allowing the customer and his family to drive home with rear brakes demolished after lying and having for 40 days!, yes we checked completed no problems, with rear brakes they say! Customer had to buy and fix as soon arriving home safe and sound with their 4 children! For only to happen again! Rear driver side brake pads explode from heat! Distroying rotor, Sticking rear brake caliper that should have been noticed if they did their job properly the first time! Covid-19 hits and customer once again had to buy rear rotors and pads to maintain working vehicle for emergencies for family of 7! Kia opens doors after isolation and once again I had to remind edmundston kia of this on going problem! Told me to DRIVE ANOTHER HOUR UP to fix! With bad rear brakes! Ask me to be there for 1 pm! I arrived with very hot brakes and gouged rotor! Then they say No can do until 2pm. With a smile! Gave me a car to drive and told me to put gas in it! No choice! Go to their customer service vehicle to notice very dirty & not sanitize! Worried for myself and family because of covid-19! Had to wait 4 hours in this vehicle! For them to tell me, we cant finish in time! Had to drive home in this covid-19 pandemic auto mobile to clean and sanitize for family! Thinking we could be infected scared for are lives and children! Now I can't visit my dad that's dying at home from hart failure for two weeks! Afraid of getting him sick! Waited 3 day for my vehicle to be fixed! Drive up to retrieve my broken vehicle once again! Drive home only to find out soon will be my wheel finder liner wrapped around tire, distroying inner liner ripping it out and denting finder! After snow storm! Because they never installed clips! They intended that it's my fault! Rear driver side rotors heating up and more gouges once again! my new rotors that I payed to have replaced before hand! They will not replace and told me all damage is my fault and to go F*** OFF they are putting a peace bond on my A**! And hang up! They were on speaker phone for family to witness! All is documented! My local shop cant understand what's the issue? even they discus the on going problem with brakes and tires the other shop tried to fixed! And noted! To edmundston kia! The solution to their problems is peace bond negotiations and laughter, and a sweet F*** OFF!!! Never again will they work on my vehicle as I'm starting to become a victim of raging from customer service manager! I'm beginning to see the problem with edmundston kia going through service management left and right! I cant be the only victim! People need to stop this madness! Stand up to the dealership and hold them accountable! Threatened with suing with only to say good luck! You have been saying this for a year now! And this is a new replacement manager that has no clue what's going on!
