After speaking with numerous bell customer service reps (via phone and at different stores) over the past two weeks with no success, my husband and I were about to give up on consolidating our different plans and purchasing new devices. I am so happy we decided to stop by the Mic Mac bell store before doing so.Trevor Miller not only understood and addressed the problems we had encontered to date, he did so in great time and was lovely to deal with. In the end, we got an even better plan and our new phones. Thank you Trevor for your help!

I really appreciate the prompt service provided by Bell on my new Apartment in a brand new building. The representative Anand Kumar really helped explaining different plans and scheduled installation with a very short notice. I got the installation done in 2 days as I needed it very urgently. Anand was proactive and very responsive. I am really satisfied with the Service so far. The Installation Service assistant was also very quick and smart, he checked the basement and fixed all connections and installed the latest smart digital equipment (modem+ router). Awesome service.

Came to store in a confused situation, weather to switch providers or not. Best solution given by DHAWAN and excellent customer service. And switched to bell for home services as well as cell phone.

It was a great experience with them specially with Anand kumar. He was a great help as he did everything on call and i didn’t need to get off from my work. I was looking for home internet services and got installed in just 2 days of my call which is a great service

Me and my husband just got two phones. The store sales consultant Bhavin Mohindu help us get wonderful phones Galaxy S23 Ultra very helpful pen comes with it write notes on screen and Bhavin got us alot accessories for the phones free. Helped get credit lower our bill. We extremely happy with Bhavin all he did for us . He wonderful Sales representative I would recommend him when getting anything from Bell.

Had a great experience at this store, Kirsten was a rockstar helping me set up my services. The staff even remained calm and polite whilst i witnessed an unhinged woman complete berating the staff. Hats off to the staff for their professionalism as I don’t know that I would have been able to handle that situation the same!
