Staff seemed disorganized. Gave clear instructions but still had to make multiple trips because of miscommunication. They got the actual job done well and quickly. They honored the quote I was given, no hassle.

Had an appointment to show the windshield with tiny dot. Thanks to guy of the business who delibaretly pressured my windshield with a tool and now its getting bigger. I have said not utilize any tool rather give me the probable solution or way out.Such an unprofessional act.

My windshield was replaced and the whole process was smooth. Although, the rep tried to sell me a cabin filter for $50. He had my old filter in hand and the new one to convince me to go ahead with exchange. When I indicated to him that the filter costs me $20 at an auto parts and literally takes 2mins to change he backed down. Thus my review for 3 stars. In this internet age why do these folks think people are idiots. As well, why would they bother to check my cabin filter when it has nothing to do with windshield replacement. This was clearly a tact to make some extra cash. Not cool Lebeau.

Highly do not recommend going here!!There guarantee is virtually non-existent, so be careful. I went to the service center and was told my windshield could be repaired, with a small chance of cracking during the process. It appeared to be successful and I was told that the windshield was fixed and would not crack, paying $120 plus tax. 1 month later, stopped at a red light, my windshield cracked at the chip, and now they refuse to reimburse me unless I replace my windshield for $810. Basically, I only get reimbursed if I spend another $670, meaning I paid $120 for absolutely nothing.

Really good service and quality work!! I’ve gone here to tint my car windows as well as for a remote car starter. Haven’t had any issues. The staff was friendly and transparent about the prices and procedures. They were always willing to answer questions too. I would come back here and also recommend this place to others. I will admit though that the remote car starter was pricier than I had expected, and wait times were sometimes long but if the place is busy, that is out of their control..

Went to replace my windshield which has a big crack on it. Made an appointment for the following weekend. The guy was really nice. We bring the car for the appointment, they forgot to order the windshield. We went there for nothing, but the guy was super embarrassed and offered a free window treatment and wipers. Okay cool. Thank you. Made an appointment for the following weekend.We go back the following weekend. A guy pulls the windshield out of a truck. It's not wrapped or boxed. Nothing. Competely exposed. We point out that the bottom is all chipped and cracked. The manager acts surprised, makes a call and says they can't order us another one. Instead of arguing with people who clearly don't care, we decided to leave. He made no effort to even make it up to us considering it's the second screw up.

Fast and easy repair. The appointment was made efficiently online. They took care of the insurance claim and all I had to is show up.Costly crack repair if not covered by insurance but I suppose it could prevent a bigger headache!

Trying to get me to change my appointment twice since they want to finish earlier. Called me 3 times to pressure me. I took my appointment, just respect it. Randy was nice at the reception. The other older man was not as nice. Not going back there. The management or business owner seems to think he is too good to keep clients.
