The sellers were very rude and not polite. They didn’t even give me time to look at everything and kept pressuring me to buy something or just leave. The place was very messy and there wasn’t even air conditioning . I do not recommend going there because everything is overpriced and bad quality.

it's just as everyone else said, very tiny and messy store, and the staff was pressuring us to buy something the entire time. plus, most merchandises were bootlegs and many were of (what i assume were stolen) fanart. the products were very overpriced for fake items as well.there were two ladies when we were there and they kept telling us to leave if we weren't going to buy anything and rushing us to the point we felt forced to leave when we didn't even have time to take a look at everything.overall, i wouldn't recommend this place, overpriced bootlegs and horrible attitude from the staff.

OH. MY. GOD. This place is absolutely delightful; so much so that I believe that this is the BEST store in all of Canada. Before I talk about my wonderful experience, I would like to say that all these other reviews that rate it “1 star” are lying to you; since this store is the reason I have the spent majority of my money on their items that are 100% not ripoffs. The efficient and amazing workers help you look for what you are searching for, and even hold on the items you want to check out until you actually purchase them; so your hands can be free while continuing to look around for what you want to buy! They are also extremely patient with all of your decisions- and are eager to help you find specific merchandise of your favorite anime quite quickly! The store might be small according to other reviews, but I think otherwise. It could be considered tiny- but it is super cute and quaint in my opinion; giving it a cozy atmosphere! Overall, this store is a must visit when one is visiting Chinatown in Montreal!

This place is amazing! The people working there help you find what you need so efficiently, there are so many options to choose from. They have a lot of great deals and so much to choose from. All you have to do is tell the which anime you like and they will show you all the endless possibilities!!!I got so many posters and other things, I cannot wait to show it off to the world! I have already told all of my friends that this store is a must! I simply do not understand the bad reviews?!?!

Overpriced , bootleg , pressured sales , the little girl made me feel bad about paying 90$ on debit and not cash lol But at least they're very small so they can't force you out, even a grandpa armed with a fierceful stick!

Owners didn't let us buy things because we didn't have an adult. It was crowded and uncomfortable, items were so overpriced and not valuable.

I highly enjoy this place, I have went here 3 times in the span of 2 days. They are constantly restocking so you can come back and find what you need shortly. The people working there know of every single anime, so they can help you find what you need! They have an endless amount of merchandise- I was able to get so many shirts from my favorite anime! The posters comes in 2 or 3 so I was able to find what posters I wanted quickly.Some people say in these reviews that “they pressure you to buy something” and they definitely do, but all you have to say is “I’ll just keep looking around but thank you!” It never hurts to be kind. But in the end if they do suggest you to buy something, it’s worth it. Overall such a great store with such great people, I will definitely some back in the future.

Going they're has to be one of the hellest figurines stores ever. All i see is bootleg. And you may wondering why i visited. Because why not. The place is very small, a mess (anime merch are stack or close together) and being overpressure to buy something. Even tho she was just trying to help. But, I still need some space and look at the anime merchandise.

Throughout the years I've been seeing how much they've been more and more trying upselling and I started to realize that now. Been a long time customer, used to buy stuff there with my younger siblings everytime we go in Chinatown to buy several things there.I recently decide to go with my husband because I know they have specific things that my partner might be really interested! He was amazed of the varieties of stock there. The employees there try to gives us the best customer service as possible.The thing is, their first question is what's my budget"
