Kaila is very professional, super friendly, understanding of her client's needs and very patient throughout the painful process of looking for the perfect place. Wow! Unfortunately 5 stars is all I can give!! Working with Scott and Paul has been by far, the best and easiest decision that I have ever made. From making me feel comfortable and informed at all times, Scott always made himself available and provided the outmost professional advice and guidance during the whole process (including taking the time to understand me and all my hang ups LOL) He worked diligently to help me get my home sold in record time. You did better than your word. My son recommended Scott saying he could sell my home in six days (as my previous realtor got not one offer in 3 months). A little hesitant at such a bold comment and the fact I am very bad with change, Scott lived up to his word and then some, selling my house after only being on the market for less than two days!!! Then Paul came in to close the deal in Scotts absence getting more than my original listing price and over $102k over asking! I cannot recommend this team enough! If you are looking for the most knowledgeable, patient, sharp, professional, connected partners - look no further. You guys were an absolute pleasure and i could not have asked for a better team to help me through this stressful adventure Thank you!

I just rented the cutest lil spot in Toronto with the help of Brian and the MVMNT group!After having struggled through shady property mangers, weird landlords, and deals that went too fast for me to grab, I was lucky to have found them! Brian carefully studied all my requirements and preferences and guided me through the options in my budget. Brian was always punctual and generous through the journey--he was patient with some moving targets. Brian's greatest strength was hustling hard for me when it was time to negotiate and I am very grateful for that. I am basking in these gorgeous summer sunsets on the daily and couldn't be happier. We even found a decent landlord (unicorn?), haha.

I had the pleasure of working with Veronica when my partner and I were looking for our new home. She went WAY above and beyond in finding us our perfect place, working tirelessly to accommodate our huge lists of needs, as well as finding all of our wants as well. Just bought my first home (condo) and can not be happier that we found Scott and Paul to help us look for the right fit. First day going out to look for the new first home I would own was scary. I had set up 4 different viewings with 4 different realtors in Toronto. Leading up to my first day each realtor canceled on me one even saying that if I wasn't 100% interested to not waste her time...Met with Scott and Paul and they were unreal, cool, down to earth and it wasn't just about the sale for them and you could tell that just by meeting with them.We looked around for a good month and let me say my parents are not the easiest people to deal with, we had a lot of stipulations and needs for the perfect condo and Scott ad Paul never faltered, they never became discouraged when we just were on the fence with places and not making up our minds. They showed us some amazing places, all with what we wanted in mind. We had found our condo the first 2 weeks but as it was to high in price we decided against it. As we kept looking my condo stayed on the market and kept dropping in price.
