We've been using Alex's services for about a year and half she provides us with daily visits and over stays. She also provides updates and pictures with every visit. Cannot say enough about Alex and West Side Pet Sitting! I have a very large (110 lb), tough to handle German Shepherd. Before I found West Side Pet Sitting, I was unable to leave him as no one would take care of him. Alex met Felix and he absolutely loves her! We were nervous to leave anyone with our kitties except for our mom. Alex eased our fears during our initial consultation as she was knowledgeable and the kitties who are leery of new people, took to her instantly! She is a true professional-giving us updates including pictures and details about their eating habits and their general demeanor. The pictures she took are below-the kitties adored her and I have never seen them so relaxed and happy with someone new! She is truly a cat whisperer. When we returned, Citrus & Stripes were extremely playful and genuinely joyful. I can only attribute this to Alex's expertise! I cannot imagine going anywhere else. We came back from our vacation happy knowing our cats were so well taken care of during our absence. If you want to enjoy your vacation and know they are in good hands-look no further. Thanks to Alex my husband and I were able to bring home a beautiful Golden Retriever puppy named Mia. Mia is now 2 years old and has been with Alex since an 8 week old pup. Mia and Alex have a beautiful relationship. Alex is extremely dependable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Alex and would not trust Mia with anyone else. I anticipate the photos from Alex on a daily basis. She constantly keeps her clients informed of any concerns she may have. I trust Alex with my baby and more importantly Mia loves her to pieces.

Alex went above and beyond our expectations as a pet sitter! I had a feeling during the meeting and greet that she would do an excellent job; she did not disappoint. My shy cats warmed up to her quickly during each visit. I loved receiving the pictures and updates everyday as well. Low and behold, the mail was still arriving. Being conscientious about everything going on at the house, Alex checked the mailbox everyday and let me know about the mail deliveries. Alex is incredible and does an absolutely fantastic job with our dog Remy. We have used her for years. She can be trusted in your home and will care for your pet as if it were her own. Our dog goes absolutely crazy when he sees her because he is so excited. We feel so lucky to have her in our lives.Separately her digital portal is great. Easy to follow up and it has some of the best pictures you have ever seen. Besides the care she also is a great photographer.She has NEVER missed a commitment and we are quite confident you will not be disappointed. We would highly recommend her!

I would highly recommend West side pet sitting. We have two golden retrievers. Alex is amazing with both of them. She keeps us well informed on how they are doing and is very reliable. You won't be disappointed in the care and attention she will give your pets.

Highly recommend West Side Pet Sitting. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and cares for the animals as if they were her own. She was amazing with reinforcing the training we were doing when we first brought home our puppy, which really helped us stay on track! I also loved receiving pictures every day with updates on the progress our puppy was making with his potty training. Over all, I can not say enough good things about Alex. Leaving your pet during the day can be stressful enough, but knowing Alex was going to be there I knew that our puppy would be very well taken care of!!
