Maple Springs Tree Service

We are really happy with the job Maple Springs Tree Service did in taking down a tree on our property that was dying. They came pretty quickly, when they said they would, and worked very efficiently to get the job done. They were reasonable, friendly and professional, and I will hire them again!

It looks like a different property! I bought my house in the middle of winter, I didn’t know what to expect once spring sprung. My trees were all so over grown. There were unnecessary trees damaging other trees & my roof they were hanging over. They took down 3 trees, ground several stumps that had been rotting on the property, trimmed all the branches, and cleared all the dead wood out. It looks so clean & I am proud to show it off. Inside of the house gets more natural light. Grass is finally growing in the “mud pit” that was fully shaded & now has some sun. I will definitely be calling them again for ongoing maintenance!

They are consummate professionals. Extremely kind and courteous as well. Once the stumps were ground, other than a flat dirt surface you would never know trees were there!

They came to do estimate and the work right away. They came when they said they would. Very easy to get in touch with, easy to work with, and they did a great job. Highly recommend. We'll hire them again in the future.

This was my third time using Maple Springs Tree Service. They’ve always been a great group of people. Each estimator that has come out is always professional. And Tim always gives me a great deal. They are quick, clean up everything and always do a great job.

Maple Springs did a thorough job in removing a large hickory tree that had started to fall in my yard. The base was about 3 feet + in diameter and the tree was about 100 feet or more high. They did a great job and my yard is back to normal. Thank you!Rick

UPDATE 28 july 2021Today Tim stopped by and looked at the yard, offered to discount the service, and talked to me about it. I always appreciate a face-to-face discussion to resolve things - shows character and personal courage. Tim has convinced me that the service is acting in good faith. In the past, I've been impressed with the crew, the equipment, and the efficiency with which they undertook my jobs. So I will again try this tree service, when needed.ORIGINAL POST:What happened? These guys have done more than one job at my house completely competently and professionally. This time, however, the job was done piecemeal with the trees left on the ground for quite a while and then a Bobcat tore up my yard getting the stumps and debris to the curb, where it still sits. I live in a village where brush/limb removal happens twice a week. Maple Springs left a giant pile, including the tree trunks, saying someone would come by sometime to pick it up. In the meantime, I expect the village will be upset with me for the inappropriate debris left on the roadside.I know that I gave permission to drive into my back yard. But I did not give permission to tear it up. In the past, the team showed up with all appropriate equipment. This time, it was hard to get the original contract straight. And then the contract was not kept. I asked for the limbs to be chipped and added to my chip pile. DIdn't happen. Was told they would deliver some chips sometime. Sheesh. Also the charge for the service was about twice what it was in the past.I don't know what happened. I've recommended this team to many others. No more.

We had three trees removed at our cottage and all the transactions were via phone or email. We received a quote the next day.The trees were to be removed with the stumps ground and all debris removed as soon as the weather permitted. We were very pleased with the job done, everything was cleaned up as agreed upon. We would definitely use this service again.
