Horrible experience. May 23rd at 4:30pm - given wrong drink, np, told the rude woman, was handed another drink, asked my son in the car if it was the right one, YMANUEL snorted in my face ‘ madam, why would I give you the wrong drink?” Extremely rudely, when I told him that he was extremely rude, he laughed in my face. These people don’t deserve a franchise. - I did message customer service, without providing my full name, address, phone number-to provide to the location, they would’ consider’ my complaint. I really don’t want a call from that location.

This site has good service. Staff were nice. Store was clean and inviting. Tons of Parking place.

Staff seems under a lot or pressure and stressed out which transfers into poor customer service. Unpleasant experience. Will avoid going back for sure. No one likes to walk into a business in a good mood and walk out feeling like WTH just happened in there. Treat your staff better so that they care about customers that's all I can say.

I used drive thru to buy iced coffee. I came home, i sip and felt the black particles in my mouth.. please fix your filter... I was supposed to enjoy my afternoon while sipping my iced coffee but then this happened.

It’s not fast and it can barely be called food. Rude employees too. Just go to the deli counter at metro. It’s cheaper and faster

Has to be the worst Tim Horton's I've been to. Last 3 times (today will be the last time I go) they had no timbits and a very small inventory of other goods like doughnuts and muffins (it's on our way to soccer) and then an employee gave me attitude and was rude when I asked what was going on.

It's sad to see the lack of attention regarding service, no smiles, no hello, almost incoherent..We placed the order verbally and had to repeat it 3 times and the order was still incorrect so, we settled with what we got and noticed the kids working are not focused at all and spend more time talking about their personal day to day then on business. It seems as though the owner of this franchise has left his business to the kids to run..Good Luck !! This and many locations suffer the same lack of attention...

June 3rd 2023...Worst service at this location thus far! Ordered iced coffees that looked like plain glasses of milk! when asked the snarky kid to kindly add a bit more coffee, he refused!! He even had the nerve to give me attitude, and then pretended to add more coffee after I insisted - oufff - not impressed!

Rude people, let me wait at the entrance 1st counter for at least 10 mins and then call me at the 2nd counter to take my order and then the white fat girl told the guy you should have let him wait there. 30 Jan 2023 early morning.
