In the past I have always avoided used car dealerships and opted to buy used vehicles through private sales, but the crew at House of Cars Medicine Hat set my sister up with an amazing car for a great price, so I decided to give them a call. Justin, Kyle, and the HOC Medicine Hat team went above and beyond my expectations and were absolutely amazing to deal with!!From start to finish, the experience was just fantastic. Our sales associate Justin took the time to listen to what we needed and search high and low for the right vehicle that fit our budget. He was not pushy and sent us a ton of great options to choose from. Once we chose our car, their team went to work to make sure it was being handed over in the best possible condition with a full bumper to bumper inspection. They found a couple of issues and fixed them up for us. Once all said and done, they delivered the car right to our front door and gave me a price for my old car that was more than reasonable!I can not say enough good things about Kyle Justin and the whole HOC team. Well.....You know that story where you go in for an oil change and come out with new vehicle? Yeaaaaaahhhhh that happened to me lol All the guys there are great. I was skeptical at first, after hearing stories ect... But dont go based on what you hear, beacause It was legit the most easiest, stress free, and best experience buying a vehicle. This is my 5th and I wish I coulda purchased them all from them. Dustin and Kyle are great. If your looking for vehicle go and talk to them. If your looking for a service, talk to Dylan. He will l look after you! all them guys will! give them a chance....Also forgot to me mention.....I found my truck in Lethbridge, they left at 12pm to go get it and I was driving it home by 5. #TOPNOTCH

Cam was AWESOME - friendly professional and very efficient. He was able to sell my car in 6 days for my asking price. I did the park and sell and would recommend this option VERY MUCH!!!! Highly recommend Cam and his services.

Must start off by saying that my wife and I have had previous experiences with house of cars that were not so good.With that said, the current staff and management at House of Cars in Medicine Hat are all great. This made our experience so much better and great overall.We dealt with Conor. He was awesome, very friendly, personable and made the whole process of trading my wife's vehicle great.In the end, my wife got a great vehicle, that she is super happy with, for a great price and a pretty decent payment plan as well.Couldn't be happier with House of Cars Medicine Hat.

I purchased my current vehicle from this dealership and I still love it just as much as the day I bought it.I came in recently to inquire about a new unit on the lot. While I didn't purchase it, the customer service I received was a sigh of relief.Dustin was able to answer all of my questions and if he didn't have the answer he found out for me. I really appreciated the down to earth nature our conversations had and the lack of pressure which is uncommon among dealerships.If they have a vehicle you're interested in, stop by and take a look and ask for Dustin.
