B&N Delivery Service
Complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. They forgot the appliance the first time(how is quite beyond me) and upon return broke a flower pot with no apology, couldn't install the appliance because they couldn't get an adapter out of the old appliance, and DIDN'T WEAR MASKS inside our home(with two small children). There needs to be serious repercussions towards the delivery drivers who couldn't do one simple job. Google says they are closed permanently but I am calling in the morning to make sure.
