Today i went to puffalot and i was refused service because i was not wearing a face covering even after i had tolled him i had a medical exemption he said he could'nt serve me without one so i said ok and i left im not going to go over all the laws they just violated by refusing to serve me and i wont bother telling them that sergical mask dont protect against bacterial or viral infections not to mention all the moral and ethical lines being crossed during these strange times all i will say is that PUFFALOT just permanently lost a longtime loyal customers its a shame it has come to this!

Look no further if you need anything smoke related :) lots & lots of bongs, geinders, papers and pipes to have you looking for hours.Even have a nice display of unique bongs that are very eye catching to say the least. Great lad behind the counter was very helpful & made my visit less stressful.

I think the orleans store is going bankrupted..No wonder with their unprofessionalism and attitude...Good luck puffalot, I am not coming again and surely will recommend to others to stay away!Thank god that the other dispensaries have all we need and they are professionals.Cheers

Went in to get a set up for shatter and although I’m not new to it I’m no expert. The gentleman working at the counter was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to interact with. This wasn’t the first time I had been to the Orleans store and seen great service. Weather they are dealing with a veteran smoker or a newby they are kind and not condescending or snobby. They have a Great selection of local and China glass at good prices. Highly recommend

Been going to puffalot for over 10 years. Today was the last time. I was refused service for not wearing a mask even though i am exempt for medical reasons. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I guess you want to go bankrupt i will order online fron a better smoke shop.

Came in today to the store, the brother with the long hair helped me out and answered all my questions and he even went above and beyond. I was not just purchasing a product but it’s like he gave me an experience/tour of a museum. REAL definition of a person who works at something he loves doing.

Can't remember the guys name that is usually there when I go in, but he's always in a great mood, staff is always good for a laugh and chat, they have a pretty extended knowledge about their products and suppliers, store has a great selection of pieces made from a few different materials, always good prices and deals. The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they need more 'memorabilia' in the sense of posters, stickers, shirts, hats, you know, the stuff that doesn't help you burn lol. Very few shops carry that type of stuff, it would be nice to not have to go online to get some decent 'swag'
