SS Plumbing and Heating used to be good. Had one guy work on my furnace since 2007. That guy, named Phil knew what he was doing. Unfortunately Phil left and is no longer with SS. End of June 2021 until first two weeks in August 2021, they couldn't figure out why my air conditioning wasn't working. They changed and charged me for parts that were not the problem. It was all guessing. Finally spoke to a friend and he said get the furnace cleaned. So, I hired Home Depot to clean my furnace, air conditioner, and ducts. Guess what the air conditioning started working again. Something that the workers should have known. Instead charged and charged with no results. I will say they need more experienced workers, like Phil. Wish I knew where he went, I'd still use that guy.

Excellent service! Our furnace had an issue; all other companies (contacted 4 others) couldn't come for 3 days - 14 days; S&S came just a couple hours after calling. Very friendly technician, thorough and quick. Only a $5 part plus $95 labor! Other company (Reliance?) was going to charge $119 just to come.

I’ve had SS install my last two furnaces. First one was a complete removal of the old and in with the new. They all didsuch a clean install in the limited space of that old house. My current house they did a similarly clean and tight install. I Couldn’t be happier with their work. They even had a custom “pair of pants” plenum duct made up to get more efficient airflow from the furnace. Thanks again you guys!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I have used them a few times, and every time they ACUTALLY ANSWER THE PHONE!!!, respond quickly, the job is done right the first time. Technicians are always friendly and polite. I will not use another plumbing company. I highly recommend.

I had them fix my plumbing and not even a week later it was leaking on the same spot and now they keep ignoring my calls and hanging up on me.....

I couldn't be happier with our choice to go with SS Plumbing. We had them install a central air unit, new furnace and water tank, and the whole process was simple and stress free. When they were at the house, they used drop cloths, even though I told them they didn't have to, and they vacuumed and swept floors after packing up their drop cloths, too. :OThe installation took a day and a half, because we're in an old house with ancient equipment that had to be removed, but the whole process was a positive experience. I'd definitely go for Henry and his crew for all of our plumbing and heating needs in the future.

Beware!!!! Work is guaranteed for 30 days !!! I had a sump pump and check valve installed and the “glue” failed and they won’t accept responsibility for my basement flooding !!!

Really good experience with ss. Had a new furnace installed today by Justin and Jeff. Truly professional, couldn’t even tell they were here. Really impressed with our new furnace. Will recommend them to anyone looking for a new furnace.

$282- my pipeline bursted. Invoice with interest with the billing follow up from me>2 times, feeling anxious. The third time on the phone with the manager, I bursted into tears after the call, since I trusted the tech with his word as it is small job and I wont be billed. I asked for a quote, they said they dont provide quote with small job. I asked to speak with the tech about this issue/misunderstandings, but I got refused. My home hot pipeline issue is still there. They will not consider partial credits for customers dissatisfactions. My helps towards the tech was said to reduce my own bill" (?!?). They wont provide receipt for payment

scammer big time! I have a flood in my crawl space last year and they jump to conclusions it's my service line so I have to claim it to my insurance. the worst part is not only they not finish the job they make it worst! until now I still having a water in my crawl space and I have to pay that 10k for nothing!! for nothing! yea they are scammer beacause they say it's my service line but it's not! only a backup sewer is the problem! I remember they phone me and told me don't tell it to my adjuster they going to include the backup sewer free charge and I am stupid enough to aggree with that.. yup if they smell big money they scam you even the problem is small.. now I'm paying 10k instead of $300 only.. well I'm just looking the bright side atlist my service line is new.. while they changing my service line I keep asking them what is the problem and they just give me a rude answer and not saying anything..
