Viper Taxi Cab

This was the best ride of my life. Fifty is the best driver, great spirits, energy, music. Best taxi I’ve ever experienced for real that was great. Love it 11/10!

Absolutely despicable company, outrageous that you can call them and it seems like every time you need to call them back at least twice to verify that they are even coming. Their dispatch is hard to hear and understand and they get upset when you question them. Unreliable service that starts at four dollars before you get in. 1 out of every 10 cabs is worth the ride if they actually follow the speed limits and take you right to your desired location. You’re better off walking in Lloyd. Be better Viper cab your reviews are atrocious.

Worst Service I’ve ever used, I frequently have to get a cab back home after work and they always take 25-30 mins, this morning I got fed up after waiting a whole hour and calling 3 times after which they told me each time that the cab would be at my location in 5-10 mins. Never in my life will I ever use this Cab Service EVER again and I strongly recommend if you don’t want to wait all day for a cab no one else does either

Taxi drivers are good when they actuallyarrive. However phone operators are useless and will hang up on you/or say they have ordered a taxi when they have not.Do not recommend

My friend group and I were well aware that a friend from our group left her iPhone in their cab and when we called them they proceeded to laugh and gaslight us. Absolute degenerates. LAST RESORT CAB.

Home to Lloyd's rudest and worst drivers. Don't know how to signal, stay in their own lane, or just drive in general.Worst customer service, worst drivers, worst everything. Stay as far away from this service" as you can."

I’ll never use this company again. I called a cab for my sister and my 6yr old who was sick. After they waited for almost half hour at my sons school, I called another cab. When one of their drivers showed up the same time as the other, their driver proceeds to yell out derogatory names to my sister in front of my child. She ignored the guy, and continues her ride. Meanwhile, I’m getting TEXT messages calling me a pig along with 5 phone calls in a row. I called to complain and come to find out they run out of Pakistan and they don’t even know their own manager! I’ll add as well, I called three times before I got hung up on to only find out they don’t know who to connect me with.I do NOT RECOMMEND them or their connected cab companies. Courtesy Cabs would be the place to go for friendly, fast and reliable service.

50 was the boss with the sauce. This guy is probably the best driver in Canada you know what we get in his cab and it’s just perfect he absolutely gets the mood and he gets it going!!!!

The meter clearly said $14.80 but I paid $16.60 instead? Not sure what the cab number is but it was a van and the driver had a long beard. Didn’t get to say anything since I was late for work. The cab I usually communicate with always charged me the exact amount on the meter but he was off today.Update: he probably added a few bucks for a tip but isn’t it up to the customer to decide to give the driver a tip or not?

Very good service available 24 seven very good staff.affordable taxi rate I’m using this cab for since two years. The guys are always punctual . Highly recommend for newcomers especially for the guys working every day with every different location.
