I can't say I had the best experience with this company but I don't want to say they are Poor neither, so it's more like Fair ratings for everything. If I need to use the service again I probably will give another company a try.I searched for jetted tub repair in Calgary and a company called Western Pool & Spa" flooded the first probably 5 pages of the search results. Google really needs to do something about this type of spam because it doesn't prompt real competition.They share the same phone number and address as Western Pump Ltd

Went in for a pool heater and was given the impression they only deal with big accounts... was quoted with their cheapest pool heater at $5000 but no ETA on stock.... I love to support local but looking like it's better to order online. No help offered, just walked me.

I have been going to Western pump for 20 years. I got a 10 year old hot tub that needed some work. Joe helped me determine what parts I needed and gave advice on how to install. Since then they moved far south, I am far north, but I drive all the way down, because I know I can count on them for the parts and advise I need. I buy all of my chemicals there too, and Joe always helps me with their proper use.

I've been dealing with Joe at western pump for all of my hot tub needs for as long as I've owned a hot tub!He is very knowledgeable and helpful!The quality and value western pump provides exceeds industry standards!As for the guy who waited a whopping 3 minutes wait time... it doesn't sound unreasonable to me at all, someone is a little spoiled if 3 minutes is unacceptable.You complain about the wait time but then expect the next customer to wait on the phone while you search for something you should have had ready to go!?!?Great fast service and great products!I definitely recommend Western pump!

First time hot tub owner here. Wow. Joe Z in their service dept was SO patient and knowledgeable... he sold me what I needed, gave me great advice (it was like a lesson in chemistry, I loved it!) and ensured I left armed with the parts and know-how to fix and protect my leaky hot tub. Highly recommended.

Went in to get a couple unions to connect water piping to a Hayward pool heater. Got laughed out of the store. Was told we won’t find those parts anywhere. I called Hayward direct and they shipped the parts I needed to my house for free within a week. Worst customer service ever. Absolutely embarrassing.

I’ve been dealing with this shop for years and until recently it’s been great. I recently had to buy a 150 dollar light bulb that doesn’t work correctly and zero support. Jeff complains about everything all the time and about how busy he is. He offers terrible customer service. Joe has always been great and does what he can but since he’s been away the counter service is to the point i won’t ever go back.

I've been going to these guys for 8 years now for my hot tub needs. They have fair pricing and excellent service. From chemicals to filters it really seems like they have it all. I had to rebuild my hot tub pump and motor. Joe was so helpful with finding me the right parts to get the job done! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Great service and wonderful advice. As a new hot tub owner I didn't no the first thing about maintaining a hot tub.These guys told me exactly what I need and how to do it. There products are not that expensive and they have a pamphlet telling you how to use them.
