My experience was excellent! I got next day appointement because of a cancelation, which was very convinient for my busy schedule. Very fast, and friendly staff. I was in and out with prescriptions and doctors advice in less than 1 hour!

Both clinic and doctor were impeccable. I saw Dr. Nashi with some allergy results from a couple years agoHe listened carefully, then arranged for comprehensive re-testing including some foods I was not tested for before.To my surprise I was able to do the test same day on site. Was seen immediately by a nurse, and saw Dr Nashi again as soon as the results came back.At other clinics this could have been three separate visits. This efficient process saved me time and attentionOnce again Dr. Nashi was clear, straightforward and patient in the followup and answered all my questions.The clinic itself was clean and the air felt good. Convenient location. Will recommend this to anyone who needs allergy testing.

Was only informed 4 months after we sent our information that they did not do the tests we needed and had to call somewhere else.

I was wary because of other reviews, but my visit on the 13th of september 2022, was great. Receptionist was quick to answer me, the nurse was professional and the doctor was also professional and quick.

Dre . Assia Hassaine was very kind , patient , and very reassuring . She took the time to explain everything and I didn't feel rushed at all .Yes the wait times are a bit long before you see the doctor but where is it not these days ? After the initial wait though everything goes very quickly from there so it's really nothing to complain aboutEveryone was very professional!Also we received an appointment date 2 days after sending our referral , amazing !!!! We had sent our referral to see an allergist for my 8 month old son at St.Justine hospital ........ over 2 months ago with not a word or a reply back , so an appointment would have been a long time away . CAAM saved us the hassle and stress ! Highly recommend this place !!

The only good part of the experience were the receptionists who were professional and polite. We waited for an hour in a noisy waiting room to see a doctor who was clearly having a bad day. Definitely seemed like we were bothering her. As we started explaining the reason of our visit she interrupted and said : I didn’t ask you that yet. She went back to typing on her laptop. She ended up not really listening and refusing a diagnostic test just to assert her power. Her bad day turned into to us leaving this clinic without any answers. Back to the drawing board and definitely never going back there.

2 month waiting period for an appointment.The visit, allergy test & consultation took 1 hour total. The waiting room is extremely packed and extremely loud.Dr.Nashi is very calm and speaks eloquently but can come across as condescending.

Dr. Justine Dassa gets five stars.On a side note, if you're too cheap to pay for parking, there is a drop-off area and next door is CIBC and parking there is free.You'll be thanking me all the way to the bank.

The nurse who actually administered the test was kind and sweet. The receptionist was super accommodating and incredibly nice. The doctor was mean, condescending and seemed to forget that I might not have all the knowledge she has amassed. She was rude with a smile and didn’t believe my history because it was ‘rare’. Turns out I am indeed a rare case and she was just unkind and unprofessional in her reaction to that.Two stars because I thought they were accommodating and did the job fine. Lost three stars because their doctor was extremely unpleasant. Honestly if you can get past possibly being treated poorly for half hour, you still get seen a lot quicker than other places. Pick your battles I guess !

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00am with Dr. Emil Pablo Nashi who is an excellent doctor.The receptionist in the front never properly entered me in the system as having arrived. Due to her unprofessional service, other patients passed before me. The reception had the audacity to call me while I was waiting in the waiting room to ask me if I would make it to my appointment!
