The service, workmanship, and material was exceptional, starting with the selection best suited for my home to the actual installation. I had complete main floor and basement flooring replaced. All material arrived on time. The biggest challenge was removal of old lino, it had to be done manually, but it was done with lot of patience and care. The installation of the hardwood floor and tiles have been done professionally. I could not believe how 12 tiles have been perfectly centered in the hallway and the bathrooms. And the hardwood floor is the most attractive feature in the house

Family and staff were a delight to work with. We had the house redone with a Canadian plank flooring product. It looks amazing and it was reasonably priced for purchase and installation. The installers did a great job. Would highly recommend Alberta First Flooring.

Bob, Chris and their crew completed 3 bathrooms, a fireplace and our entire basement and stairs with beautiful tile work, vinyl plank flooring and carpet. They were organized and efficient and each day before leaving our home the site was left clean and free of any dust and debris. Bob has a great eye for color coordination and using his suggestions, he gave us a look that we are entirely satisfied with. Behar's warm and professional manner made selection of materials and dealing with the paperwork very easy.

The Alberta First Flooring team did a three floor renovation on our St. Albert home, including tile, engineered hardwood, and backsplash. With lots of selection to choose from, we were guided towards current styles with Bahar's friendly customer service while efficient, tidy, and polite installers supported a smooth reno experience. Now we have a beautiful up to-date home!

We had a great experience working with Alberta First Flooring. Bahar and Chris were great to deal with. No hard sell from Bahar. She showed us all our options with pricing and quality related information. Made it easy for us to decide. Everything from estimates to scheduling and getting the job done went smoothly and on time. Chris was so particular about his work and did not ignore even the smallest thing. Our house feels like a new house! I do have to add that Chris did a fantastic job on the fireplace! Thanks.

Did my carpet and baseboards in the basement. Make no mistake, the work they did was 5-star quality, but the communication during the project was poor - I had to chase them way too much to get updates/schedule work.

We recently had our flooring upgraded by Alberta First Flooring and the experience could not have been any better. Choosing the right product and color is difficult, but Bahar seemed to know what to show us after giving her some very general ideas. Chris was prompt at replying and getting us a quote that we thought was well priced and accepted. After the product arrived Chris and his team (Bob and Mike) arrived on the scheduled date and proceeded with the installation. This is where my wife and I were truly impressed. A team that likes what they are doing and meticulous in detail. Chris seems to be smiling all the time and quickly comes up with solutions rather than presenting us problems. We highly recommend the entire Alberta First Flooring team.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good selection of tiles. Clean and organized store. Some tiles here I haven't seen in other stores and I have been to most of them in the greater Edmonton area
