Was there for a wedding.. The staff is amazing. The service is impeccable - polite, happy, and accommodating. The food was fantastic and the venue is very beautiful

My fiancé Angelo and I went today to check out this reception hall. We've been going back and forth on which venue we should choose to do our wedding at in summer of 2024. We decided today to go to Buffet Marina to check it out and see what it's all about. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were home! Santo, who works alongside the owner Alfie took care of us today from start to finish. He first told us to sit down and relax and make ourselves at home and he prepared us both a café latte which Angelo and I both agreed was amazing! He also gave us a croissant each and made us take our time before meeting Santo in his office. When we headed into his office, he didn't pressure us into picking and choosing things for our menu that would fit our budget. He first asked us our budget for the reception hall and then told us everything that would be included in that price range and we were very happy with everything. Santo was so sweet and we were able to tell that he loves his job! All in all, it was a great day because of this and we confirmed this reception hall for our wedding in Summer 2024 today!!! We are so excited and cannot wait to get married here and to celebrate with everyone we love! Grazie mille, Santo! :)

I wanted to say that the planning with Santo went amazingly good. I was stressed and I can be a bit picky and he answered to every question patiently and offered an excellent service! I can’t wait to have my event! Thank you ☺️

Ketsia & Maxime's Wedding.This is what i like to call a wonderful venue to celebrate your happiness. The staff is absolutely amazing in the way they treat every guest like family. The deco is of utmost beauty, even the washroom is inviting. The only thing i didn't like about Buffet Marina is the fact I didn't know about it before, i would've celebrated my wedding here too!Oh, and this guy, SANTO i beleive it's his name, probably the manager or something in that line, was the truest, friendliest, most amazing person to deal with. As the sound guy for the wedding, i was there early, so he took care of me, served me a BIG bottle of water, an espresso a la Santo, a bit later, took me to the kitchen to meet the chef, who had just prepared one of the best spaghettis i've tasted in my life. All of a sudden i felt like a black Gambini... Fo'get about it!!And the food service was exquisite. So was dessert. What great size rooms, beautiful setup, etc...!!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!

Santo took care of me from start to finish, from taking care or my flowers, to suggesting limo companies, to answering my phone calls weather it be 7am or 10pm he was always helpful. (he even took our son during the first meeting and let him sit on his lap, play with his phone, keyboard etc and even ended up taking a selfie with him!) His efforts are incredible to satisfy his customers and to make sure my vision became a reality. The food was absolutely phenomenal and most of my guests couldn't stop talking about it for days on end.. Santo, thank you for everything you've done for Shaun and I throughout our wedding planning process. xoxoxox

Five stars isn’t enough to describe Buffet Marina. The food is phenomenal, the service is impeccable and Santo is honestly better than any wedding planner you could ever dream of. He is always there to answer your questions and his attention to detail is second to none. Our wedding reception was held on October 15, 2022, and it exceeded our wildest expectations. Each and every guest was extremely complimentary both during the wedding and after. It is evident that Santo invests his entire self into perfecting his work, and his staff and establishment follow suit in providing the most beautiful and amazing possible experience.

Absolutely the WORST SERVICE!! Extremely disrespectful, highly arrogant and a liar!! Your first visit he pretends to be super nice, once the contract signed he removes his mask and shows his true colours! When asking a reasonable question he looks at you like your dumb for asking this question and answers in a super arrogant way. We went the day before the wedding to put the centrepieces and there were so many things wrong. The decoration was not at all what he showed us the first time we visited. It was super minimal and the colour of the flowers were red instead of pink as we previously agreed on. So they didn’t match our centrepieces as they were obviously pink. He put a sofa for the bride and groom and put a table in the corner which was not even decorated. We have asked for the table to be in the centre and not a sofa!! The cushions were absolutely disgusting, they had horrible yellow stains that looked like they have never been washed before! On top of that a table was completely missing!! We told the worker there that a table was missing so he called him to solve the problem and they eventually added that table. We were telling him about what was wrong in the room when he told us that the wedding is tomorrow and not today and they haven’t finished the decorations. Before we even had a chance to reply he just completely shut us down and said bye and turned his back and started leaving. We were trying to reply he just kept walking and saying bye. I understand him being busy but the minimum he could do is tell us respectfully that he didn’t have time to speak to us and that he would call us in the evening to listen to our concerns!! He literally treats you like a beggar and not a paying customer! And of course on the wedding day everything was the same!! He lied to us and left everything like it was!! I strongly advise anyone who wants to do a wedding to avoid this place at all costs!!

WOW! Buffet Marina is the best reception hall. We had our wedding there and November, and everything was perfect. The food was AMAZING. I had heard from many people who had been there is in the past that you cannot go wrong with the food here, and I can confirm that this is the case. The steak was to die for, and overall we felt like we ate like royalty. In addition, the hall is SUPER clean. This was especially comforting for a wedding which took place in the middle of a pandemic. Finally, working with the staff at Buffet Marina is just easy and there is never any reason for anxiety. Specifically, Santo is especially pleasing and helpful. He knows 100% what he is doing, and was one of the main reasons as to why everything was perfection. We couldn't have done it without him.
