Painfull place and bad experience.... I ask for mayo sauce and she didn't gave me and then I Wait for 2 to 3 min then I asked a black women she said you have to pay for sauce.I have bad experience in this macdonalds.Apart from this they have fast service and staff is too fast to gave you a food.

One of the oldest stores in the Heartland Town centre. This McDonald’s is my favourite for many reasons. For one they keep on renovating this store every few years.It’s a high volume store. Well kept every shift. I would like to see it’s dining room to be warmer on cold days - everyone was wearing jacket inside.

They withheld all orders for pick up and delivery behind locked doors on new years day. Check out this picture! Every table in the whole store has delivery bags all over them, not just the cashier counter. They never came to the door to pass them off to us to deliver. Obviously stuff here have a rudness problem. Shame!!We're just trying to make a living delivering on holidays. I'm disabled, a minority, and have huge dental bills and student loans to pay. Give us a break.I've filed a complaints form about the staff with the company. All Gig Workers should do the same. It's under contacts - contact form.The three staff workers Dec 31 2022 / Jan 1 2023 11pm to 5am should all be fired. They are disrespectful and rude to us co- workers.

Although a rather small McDonalds with limited space and seating, the workers there are fast and kind, especially the manager who was very polite and professional during a rush. If you want some fast food fast, this is definitely the place!

When a coupon fails, at this and other McDonald’s locations around downtown Toronto, the counter people don’t prompt you that it didn’t work, which means you have to tell then directly that the price is incorrect and then they tell you to reset the Mcd’s app after that. If you don’t, I imagine they’re perfectly content with ripping people off who don’t call them out on this behaviour. This is fraud and is going under our eyes as I speak.

Once, I asked if my order was coming up by showing the number on my app to one of the servers. They looked at it, no answer. Service was McD fast but quality can be improved. Great location. A bit small of a place to hang out at.

The stuffs are so rude. Specially, there is one black lady acts like she is the queen and we the customers are her slave. I don’t how did she got the job. Management should focus on their stuffs manner and teach then on how to act professionally.

It’s more efficient to use mobile order. Staff are really quick in terms of making my beverages. It’s quite noisy as the place is in the intersection of a busy area. But food wise is ok. Just don’t dine in.

Not the best for families due too many homeless around the restaurant and even inside the restaurant.Location - 4/5Entrance - 1/5Cleanliness - 2/5Crowd - 1/5 ( crowd is extremely scary as one guy entered without mask swearing to every staff )Staff - 4/5 ( very cordial )Quality - 4/5 ( just like any McDonald’s )Quantity - 5/5Value for money - 4/5
