As a contractor, I’ve been working with get assiste for some time. They are professional especially Parham. He is such a nice guy and helps me a lot. His response time is excellent, I mean less than 10 seconds even when he is at home. His strength is you can rely on him while you are looking for different crews.

Not a great experience at all. Lots of things that sound like a scam. Me and my partner came in in person, the guy we spoke with on the phone said he’d grab a manager. The girl came in, we talked, she made 1000000 promises, no trials, no nothing. Guarantees were said, but will never be on paper. We said we’ll need to think about it and they called us the next day. The same girl talked to us, when I started asking questions she said “LET ME GRAB MY MANAGER”. So either they have 10 people working there, managers only, or it’s simply not true. Lying about the title is not a good look for the company.Also, on the meeting she said she has a contract for 6,000 sqft, and that we’d get it. Next day on the phone - surprise, surprise - it was already taken. And somehow the promised size of the project grew to almost 11,000 sqft. Again, with promises we’ll get another project.Many things that don’t add up. My opinion is that they use small companies who are trying to get clients, promise them exactly what they need to hear and then leave them hanging.From my understanding the fine print says the opposite of what they promise so after signing you won’t even be able to fight a thing (since on paper there’s no guarantee).Make your choices wisely, especially if you don’t have a huge budget to waste.

We own a small family business. As a startup, you need to find a marketing partner who can help you connect to the right people. GetAssist played that role during our first days. We are amazed by the quality of work we received. Highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. What a terrible experience. If you look them up on BBB you can see lots of people very frustrated with GetAssist. They might as well be a scam. They took hundreds of dollars from us with lots of promises, only to deliver literally nothing. Not one call, no evidence that anyone even looked at our ad. For all we know our category is filled with providers and no one is actually using the platform to find our business type.If you want to deal with them you had better take their words as meaning nothing and read the fine print, since they'll stick that to you later, even if they were saying very different things.

From the moment I Joined GetAssist I was very happy with there services. They were always available to answer any questions I had and put me in contact with a few general contractors within the first week of joining. I was able to close multiple jobs for my electrical services and am very pleased with my decision to join.

I joined GetAssist to expand my construction business and network, and I had great results. They already connected me to a few clients, and I have closed a job couple weeks ago as well. Great Service
