Great Service! Very nice office staff and orthodontist. New patient with a broken permanent wire and they were able to get me in and fix it within 30 mins!Also took the time to clean my teeth before reapplying the wire to my teeth - super happy!I would definditely recommend this orthodontist.

Beautiful office and friendly staff, but they don’t direct bill to your benefits which is highly inconvenient. If they changed that it would be a 5 star review.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and a gorgeous office. I called them on an emergency basis when my permanent retainer broke, and they had me in the office the very next morning to have it fixed. North Bay is lucky to have this new orthodontics office!

The treatment from one of the receptionist has been always been very aggresive not allow me even to express what is the reason I am going to.I have recibe a mistreatment all the times I go, I feel afraid to go there. My mom has a very delicate disease and she needed to do a cone been in sky. Unfortunately, the operation system the gave me didn’t work for the radiologist that is treating her and I have to come several times to ask for changes, because the doctor who will make her surgery the last file doesn’t work in his computer. Today, I have to go again for this change, but again she was there angry and behave very rude not even listen what I needed. My mom situation is already very hard to have to have this kind situation with. We pay for this exam something more than Ca$380 not covered by the insurance. I think communication is the key of everything and if you just listen to your patients and respect them things will be smooth and solution will come easy.Thy said they will call me back for an appointment with the doctor. I hope they can solver this without need to go back.

Very happy we took our daughter (14) to this orthodontist.His approach is very straightforward, informed and friendly.Facility is brand new and they offer comprehensive payment plan.North Bay is lucky to have this office.
