Laia's work is fantastic! Her skills and understanding of curly/wavy hair is outstanding. Communicates clearly to client - resulting in the cut the client wants. They also have an extensive selection of hair products to fit anyone's requirements.

I'm so happy I found Cherie as a stylist because she has shown me how to properly maintain and understand my curls, and her Deva cuts are the best! After years of straightening my hair every day I started to embrace my natural hair because she showed me how to properly style it. Having it cut properly really makes all the difference. Cherie also found the perfect extensions to match my natural curls (which I had been searching for for years). She colour matched and blended them in perfectly. But most importantly Cherie has such high standards for herself, she will never let you leave her chair if it isnt perfect. She will always spend the extra time to make sure I'm feeling SO confident and happy with the results. Thank you Cherie for making me feel fabulous!!!!

I had an amazing cut when Melissa J! She is a newer stylist at this salon but she has an incredible depth of experience and expertise in fine curly hair.If you have fine curly hair then you know that it’s a holy grail to find someone who is passionate about fine curly hair like Melissa. I was blown away by my experience and I can’t wait to go back to see her. It’s been about 10 years since I had a wow experience like this with a stylist.

I walked into Image West originally for some good quality and affordable hair products, of which they sell a fantastic variety. When I was there, I met Cherie, who is not only the queen of hairdressing as I discovered, but a really wonderful person. Cherie gave me a beautiful cut and colour; I have never received so many compliments on my hair! She gives you everything you want out of a hair experience; not only does she show a lot of attention and detail to your hair, but she makes you feel special and at home in her chair. Darcy, the owner, is also always so friendly and helpful as well. I could not recommend a better salon to anyone! Thank you Image West for making me feel so special.

Got my hair done by the amazing Cherie the other day! She did such a fantastic job. She always knows how to make you feel welcome. She specializes in curly hair so if you have curly hair I highly recommend going to see Cherie

I’be almost never had a good experience with getting my curly hair cut until coming here to see Brooke. I’ve had the absolute worst hair cuts and I am still in shock that I didn’t walk out crying and that my hair was even styled so nicely! Brooke was very understanding that I want to grow my hair so didn’t cut off too much length even though I gave her the go ahead, she took her time properly shaping my hair and it turned out amazing. I’m sending all of my family/friends here.

My sister had her hair cut at Image West by Cherie, and she was so happy with the results that I decided to book an appointment for myself. I've put off cutting my hair for years - I have 3C-4A hair that was long but relatively flat and shapeless. I told Cherie I wanted more volume without losing too much length, and she did exactly what I asked! She kept me involved throughout the appointment and I couldn't be happier with how my hair looks now.If you have very curly hair and have struggled to find someone who knows what they're doing, this is probably the place for you.

I have been struggling with my curly hair for years. I recently had a cut with Melissa Jones that was spectacular!! I was over the moon with the curl and the shape. She walked me through how to do it at home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you are thinking of going do!! You won’t regret it!!!

Great place to go even if you don’t have curly hair! My stylist was Natasha and I cannot recommend her enough! My appointment was at least a month ago now and I am still getting compliments on the cut and the style!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
