I received outstanding service today! My son had a ring stuck on his finger. They made him feel safe and comfortable as they cut it off. They were friendly and so very kind. The jewellery in the shop is exquisite, but the staff even more so!

I will never go anywhere else for any jewellery needs. When I needed my engagement ring re-sized they were the only jewellwers that would help, and were super friendly. I had them design my wedding ring as well, and the whole process was so enjoyable. John did an excellent job, exceeding my expectations. The entire staff is lovely. The most unpretentious, professional group of people.

Bought my very modest wedding ring there and needed a resize a year later. My ring came back polished, resized and free of charge. For someone who doesn’t spend a lot of time in jewellery shops, they totally made my day. Would recommend. 5 golden rings!

Beautiful work and the greatest people! Excellent custom design, workmanship, and incredible customer service!We were a little worried when the original jeweler for my custom engagement ring retired, however, we found Watson Workshop and they went above and beyond to design a custom wedding band that was even more beautiful than we imagined. They were a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be returning for future designs!

Watson Workshop were fantastic! I took them my pearl necklace which had been broken many years ago. This was a gift from my grandparents and very special to me. The necklace was about ten pearls too long for my liking, so Watson's jewelers made two pair of earrings with the extra pearls, one more formal, one more casual. Their staff also restrung the pearls perfectly, all within a two week deadline. Thank you, Watson Workshop, for taking such good care.

An absolutely wonderful experience. We met with John to re-do my partner's grandma's ring for our engagement. John got my taste immediately, spent a lot of time with us discussing details and what we wanted, made a model in his computer and met with us again to refine it. Finally, he did a 3D print of how the actual ring would look. The ring is gorgeous, the quality of the work is outstanding and the costumer service is wonderful. You cannot go wrong going here. 100% recommend Roger Watson Jewellers.

John, Tyler, and the team at Watson Workshop brought our dreams to life with the perfect ring design. Their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process; John expertly translated my ideas for the custom ring design into a reality. And the ring went from a sketch to a product in less than a month, in time for a proposal in Palm Springs! We highly recommend Watson Workshop for anyone looking for a custom engagement ring and will definitely be coming back for the wedding!

My wife went in to get her dad's wedding band built up after years of wear had left the bottom part of the band thin. They provided lots of info, didn't pressure her into moving forward. The end result was perfect! Would recommend.
