This was the second time that we had our carpets cleaned by this company.Not only do they perform a fantastic service, Robin is a complete professional and its obvious he takes his trade very seriously. He's also a wealth of information regarding the type of carpet you have, as well as the type of vacuum that works best on your carpet. He's honest, reliable and its very easy and comfortable to have him in your home. As far as we are concerned, if you are going to spend a couple hundred dollars to have your house's carpet cleaned - Oxy-Dry is the only carpet cleaning company to call.

I chose this company because of all the great reviews. I knew when I booked it would be about $300 to clean 2 of my 8x10 synthetic rugs. I originally thought it was a fair price. Robin showed up on time but said he hoped I didn’t pay too much for my rugs because they were “pretty worn out” he then made a comment about my “ugly” carpet/carpet seam. He was there to clean my area rugs, I thought it was unnecessary he told me how he thought my carpet/carpet seam was ugly. I felt uncomfortable by both comments. He was here for about an hour, with time to set up his tools & clean them up total time spent cleaning my rugs was about 50 minutes. At first glance they looked cleaner, but after a closer inspection I could see alot of things were missed that were not just regular wear and tear. I felt I had realistic expectations going in, I was definitely NOT expecting him to make my rugs look brand new. But I do believe they would have looked a lot better if he spent more than 25 minutes cleaning each rug that he was charging $150 per rug to do. Overall, I feel disappointed, I really did have high hopes from all the good reviews.

Oxy-Dry Carpet Cleaning came on time to clean our three area rugs. Robin was very knowledgeable about the quality of the rugs (silk and wool) and cleaned them professionally. The difference before and after was quite visible. Even the white fluffy rug made a great recovery with all stains removed. The best thing is that the carpets were dry after 1 hour! So the procedure is safe for hardwood floors. Highly recommend!

We tried Oxy Dry after many attempts with traditional carpet cleaning services. Our beloved Labrador Retriever has done a number on our aging carpets and we are wanting to preserve them a bit longer until we can do some renovations and change the flooring. I have a house full of children and my carpets are always a challenge to clean. I have used Oxy-Dry many times and I am always astonished when Robin brings in his equipment and cleans the dirty stained carpets making them look almost brand new. I won’t be calling anyone else.

Robin did a fantastic job cleaning our wool carpet. It had been 11 years since it was last done and looks brand new. Also he made a valiant attempt to take a horrible blue gooey laundry soap stain out of our laundry room/closet! You really have to know it was there to see it. He came on time and gave me an estimate before starting. Excellent job, would highly recommend Oxy-Dry, carpet was dry in about 1 hour! My Mom also uses Oxy-Dry for her wool large area rug.

Robin was terrific and incredibly knowledgable about carpets and their care. He did a great job on our carpets that hadn't been cleaned in over a year, they all looked great! So great in fact that we had him come back and do our living room and dining room area rugs, which I previously had to have sent out to clean. The service is so dry, that he can clean them and they are dry instantly. Love it!Save up your questions for Robin, he'll have an answer for all of them! Can't rate this service high enough.
