I had a great experience purchasing new countertops from Toronto Cabinetry. Alex was great from start to finish with his courteous service, professionalism and transparency. Prices are good and the installers were competent and quick. Would recommend for future potential customers.

We redid our condo kitchen. We looked on the internet besides going into so many places to see products and get quotes. We read so many companies reviews. We ended up with Toronto Cabinetry and we were very pleased. One should do a lot of homework before venturing into a kitchen remodel such as to the type of woods being used, self closing drawers, special corner cabinets, etc.These are sold wood cabinets, (not wood type,) half inch thick plywood.We were very pleased with the quartz counter top. Their staff were very helpful and had great suggestions.We only wished we had a higher ceiling and could use the 36 inch high cabinets instead of the 30 inch.You get a quality product and a great price when one really does a comparison. pricing due their factory direct route.We used the Denison store.

From start to finish everything was fabulous!! Everything was completed in the time frame as promised and everything cleaned up when done! No hidden cost surprises, exactly as quoted!! Would recommend them in a heartbeat! Alvaro and Shirley were both extremely professional and knowledgeable with great advice and suggestions. Absolutely love our new kitchen!!

We recently renovated our kitchen with Toronto Cabinetry. We were very impressed with the service we received from Alex! We went in with many different ideas and weren’t really sure what we could do with our space. Alex was patient and helped us to narrow in our ideas. He showed us pictures of other kitchens he had done and talked about how to best utilize the space we had. He even came to our house to measure everything! He was always reachable and replied very quickly when we had any questions. We defiantly recommend this place, the quality and service were fantastic!

Alex provided great service. He spent time with us to learn of our requirements and delivered what we needed. We renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms with cabinetry from Toronto Cabinetry. We'd definitely recommend them!

We purchased kitchen cabinets from Toronto Cabinetry. The experience was excellent. Ella is very professional and helpful. She helped on the design and ordering. The quality is above average but price was very reasonable.

After googling & visiting dozens of websites & stores, Toronto Cabinetry caught my eyes. I called them for details and was asked to email them our kitchen size measurement. Ella, one of the awesome staff at their Markham branch, dealt with us for our kitchen design, cabinets & countertop. We changed our mind more than 20 times & she never seemed to be bothered, instead she happily emailed us new designs one after another. We are really happy with our deal and would like to recommend other people to visit them before making kitchen renovation/installation design. Thank you!

Very disappointed with their service and product. Initially everything was great as they took orders and made changes as required but after payment their attitude has changed. Initially they were quick to respond and seemed genuine about their clients and the service they provide but don't be fooled. When they did the measurements they did not consider the size of the range and that we would have to apply backsplash. When we called they suggested we move the cabinet ourselves or pay $500 for the installer to come back to fix it. Now we have gaps in the corner cabinet and although we have warranty they refuse to help us. I was told if you don't like the gaps you can fill it in yourself using silicone". The kitchen isn't even in use right now as the whole renovation is not even complete. Yet the problems have already started to show. Before they used to call back right away and now they don't take our calls or respond to emails. I even asked to speak with the manager and they do not want me to do so. If you want cabinets from here get it at your own risk and be prepared to do a lot of work by yourself to fix the mistakes they have made."

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a bathroom vanity, counter top and sink two weeks ago and gave a 50% deposit. I called two times before the agreed upon pick up date to confirm that my vanity was ready for pick up. Katie, the sales person who I ordered my vanity from, confirmed with me that the vanity was ready. My husband and I drove 25 minutes to Markham. First, when we arrived to the store Katie told me the double edge counter was not done, even though it clearly stated on my order form that I ordered the double edge. Second, she showed me “my”counter with the single edge. It WAS NOT the counter that I ordered, she was trying to convince me that it was. I ordered thick grey/ beige veining, NOT a thin grey veining. Third, Katie just walked away from me while talking on her phone. My husband overheard her say on the phone that the order didn’t go through. I lost all trust in Katie and Toronto Cabinetry and I just wanted my money back. Which I was given, when I asked for it. Fourthly, Katie nor the manager did not apologize or try to correct the mistake. I had an uneasy feeling when I ordered the vanity two weeks ago, I was very rushed by Katie. I should have listened to my instincts.My contractor is coming next week and I don’t have a vanity. Thanks Toronto Cabinetry for wasting my time and gas!

We had our kitchen cabinets and countertop recently installed by Toronto Cabinetry. I have to say thanks to Alex for his excellent customer service from the moment he measured and provided his best advise to us. We felt comfortable (no pushing), got good quality solid wood for an affordable price.We shop around and by far this was quality/price the best option. At the same time the guidance through the design, all the details, coordination with installers , final check for customer satisfaction conducted by Alex was remarkable. We were picky and we wanted specific color of countertop and Alex helped us out to get the quality/color we wanted for the best price in the market.Again we shopped around a lot (Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, etc) and I would recommend Toronto Cabinetry and Alex to anyone looking to for a new cabinets or the whole kitchen reno.Pros: quality, price, customer service, straight processCons: didn't have any
