Quand tu demandes pour un compresseur 5HP Kaeser à ton distributeur et qu'il te propose 2 modèles, 1 fabriqué au Canada et 1 Kaeser, ne fais pas comme moi, choisi le bon. En tant que compagnie Canadienne, j'ai voulu favoriser le modèle Canadien à un prix compétitif, grosse erreur, fabriquer des compresseurs est un métier. Aujourd'hui j'ai un magnifique B5 à vendre, comme neuf, à qui la chance !

Horrible customer service, now that the lead service tech retired a few weeks ago. The gentleman was super knowledgeable and always helpful. Now everything is outsourced apparently, and it is virtually impossible to get a simple technical support question answered. STOP SELLING COMPRESSORS IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE SIMPLE OVER THE PHONE TECHNICAL SUPPORT. I keep getting told to call a local distributor but their not the ones programming the controllers so how do you expect them to answer my question.
