What a magnificent store!! Honestly, you could spend hours milling around, finding all sorts of fantastic ideas to help make life a bit easier. So many spectacular ideas I would never have thought of. Very helpful staff.

Overpriced items. You can get similar quality or items from many other stores. Don’t waste your time here.

Horrible customer service!! Bought a storage cart and its falling apart as soon as i put it together. Took it to the store to return and was told they won't take it back because it is damaged even though its a defective product. For such an expensive store the customer service and policies are horrible. I even checked with 2 sales associates before purchasing and they said they will give a full refund if there are any issues! That was clearly a lie!

Great store that carry beautiful staff for home, office and much more. Unique and very quality items for bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen gadgets and accessories are so beautiful and very useful. I bought many items over the year and they are still very quality. I always had excellent customer service. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Self attitude matters. Doesn’t matter how many time l come it’s always interesting and fun. It’s nice to shop in beautiful store and find some treasure that makes your day very happy and your house more organized.

When I think of organizing my home  I  think of Solutions. I know that I can find stuff for the kitchen, bath,laundry and cabinet. There are lots of storage organizers. Some items though that I found for the kitchen are more expensive, I have found similar items at dollar stores and they definitely cost less. I intended to buy a tension pole shower caddy but it was an open box being sold at regular price and the last piece that they have. I was concerned that this was a returned item though I was told it wasn't and so did not get it.  I like the kitchen sink mat that I bought though and it is even made in Italy. They also have a closet organization system however although they give free consultation by appointment, there is no one to install it. The staff are very helpful and provide good customer service.

Large store with a wide variety of storage products, however, it’s nothing special. Way overpriced. You can get the same items at other stores for much less.

Solutions was my first choice because I needed high quality stuff. I wanted something that will be fun to use, looks good in my home office, and will stay enjoyable for it's lifetime.
