Firstly, thank you to all of the staff at Etobicoke Motors. Over the last few years, I have personally purchased 3 vehicles from here. Sam and Shan are both very honest and always keep my best interest in mind. All interactions I have had with staff have been positive and I cannot recommend this dealership to enough of my friends and family.Keep up the amazing work. Recommended by a friend I decided to visit Etobicoke Motors. I must say at first I've had reservations in purchasing a car from a private dealership but I must say at the end I was very impressed. It is your job to do research on any used car you purchase and then make your final decision. Everyone has their own personal financial situation which will ultimately result in what you purchase and the risks. Etobicoke motors made it easy to weigh out my options to chose the car which best fits my situation. They were very professional and had patience while I was trying to choose from 5 different cars that I has interested in. I got my beautiful Cadillac and a well satisfied customer. Shan from Etobicoke motors made the whole transaction very smooth. He is a well honest guy. Definitely will continue to purchase cars from them in the future. Dave.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Moe and Shan to sell my 2013 Land Rover LR2 HSE. As we are in the middle of a pandemic I was very leery of selling my vehicle privately. Had Moe inspect my vehicle and he offered a fair price. Had a cheque in my hand within 15 minutes and we were all set. I avoided having to provide certification, purchasing a used vehicle package and dealing with remitting the government the taxes. Everything was handled by Etobicoke Motors. I also avoided multiple low ballers on Auto Trader that may have exposed myself or my family to COVID. I strongly recommend Etobicoke Motors if you would like to sell your vehicle or purchase a new one. Moe and Shan provided an excellent experience!

Went to go look at a vehicle. Salesman didn’t want to show any car fax of the vehicle. Passenger door frame had a new weld in it like the vehicle is a rebuilt title. Car had a transmission leak, black engine oil and window that doesn’t work properly. Chop shop

After numerous telephone and texting conversations I was advised to schedule an appointment to show the sales manager I was serious.I made the appointment and drove 100k to see.The vehicle was brought out front and I noticed a large crack in the paint on the drivers door. Also a large rust blister.The salesman said, we'll fix that".The Carfax report showed a $5000 insurance claim the salesman didn't disclose.I was told on the phone it was traded in by an older gentleman.But the report showed 5 previous owners.On the phone I was told the price could be negotiable but at his desk he said the price was Firm.Plus $799 to certify?The advertisement said certified.Then he said someone put down a $1000 deposit yesterday and is waiting for financing but I can still purchase it.They advertise "we finance everyone" So it should be sold.I was asked to drive my trade in so it could be traded in on this vehicle.I was offered way Less than what it's worth even at wholesale.I got up and left the dealership.Total waste of time!The manager wasn't there but called me to see if they could still do the deal.I hung up on him.It's now a week later and the car they said had alot of people wanting it.It's still on their website for sale.Be very careful and I don't recommend them"

Have purchased many cars over the years both new and used. My experience with Etobicoke Motors was up there with the best. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. In particular Eddie from the sales department and Shun, the business manager were very good to deal with. Would highly recommend them.

I’m only putting a five star, to make my comment visible, O star for this dealership. Before buying a car I read the reviews, to make sure I was making the right decision. Reviews are important for the customers, and it should be respected and not altered. My experience at first was great, they were very helpful and “honest”. They helped me with everything from getting a loan to getting the plates and so on. The car seemed very well maintained, and my partner and I were excited and happy. But all of these went downhill. After a few months in, lights started to show in the car, it needed “service” and other things. I have constantly went to the dealership to get it fixed but I did not work, they didn’t really helped after they got their money. They provided a summary of the car conditions, and stated the car was not in any type of accident at first. This was a huge lie!! I never went back since they never really try to helped , I have spended money and time in this car and finally I have recently gone to the actual car making dealership and run some test, as I have been having all types of problems with this car a few months in since I got it, it’s been now 2 years since I got it, I found out the car had previously had 3!!!! major accidents before I got it, this does ruined the car!, and as a dealership they should know that! This is unbelievable and very disappointing as I trusted this company to help me buy this car. I trusted their opinion and professionalism , which clearly they have non. All I have to say it’s to be careful when entering this dealership. Very disappointed and never going back here nor refer or recommend anyone to get a car here. Very untrusted, unworthy , so unfortunate I had to experience this, and decided to put a review to let this company know , to work more efficient and provide more honesty info to their customer who come vulnerably to their store excited to get a car, and to everyone else to triple check and have outside sources before buying a car here. I talked about my experience here , and for sure this is not a 5 star rating for me!

I was stunned to witness personnel from this dealership (dealer plate 975 DLZ) arguing with the staff of Artesian Elementary School.The school administrators patrolling the entrance have asked the gentleman to move his car as he was obstructing the school bus and parents walking their kids to school.He became totally outraged after teacher took a photo of his plate despite asking him dozen of times to move his car. Note that school is doing their best to keep everyone at a safe distance during this pandemic.He then started arguing with random parents who were having hard time squeezing through and ended up calling a concerned parent “a white trash”. All this in front of elementary school kids and horrified teachers.This is the caliber and “quality” of people you will get by doing any business here. After witnessing this behaviour, would not drive their car even if given for free! Absolutely disgusting! Out teachers and community deserve better.

Worse place they don't stand behind their vehicles. Bought an SUV paid $30,000, every time it rained the headliner got soaked brought it back a few times , they took it to their windshield guy who wrecked my interior instead of using prying tools used a screwdriver. After the 3rd time they couldn't figure it out they said that they are done this is less than a month of me purchasing the vehicle. Just ridiculous they love to rip people off. I would give them a zero star rating unfortunately 1 is the lowest I can go. Simply pathetic. Those positive reviews are probably people that they know I wouldn't put it pass them.
