Simple order of a big crunch combo. Stood here for 53 minutes to get it. Didn't appear overly busy. Seemed like all they did was take orders and money and no one was cooking anything. And it was also not very good food. Will never stop here again... don't waste your time here.

It took 45 minutes for my small order and given in 2 parts.The fries were very cold seems like made yesterday, hair in the poutine.The chicken in the burger was not cooked properly.

Its good. Unfortunately this kfc/pizza hut express doesn't sell pieces of fried chicken or pizzas larger than medium size.

Never has fast food been this slow. Waited for like 20 min for a 3 piece chicken strip combo. The staff work at glacial speeds

Went to this KFC August 12th 2018 @5:20pm - Tall slim younger male working was miserable. He put gloves on to make my chrispy chicken and kept licking the top of his gloves. When he put my Pepsi on the counter he knocked it over spilling half the drink.... I thought he would get me a new one or at least fill it up, NOPE... HE proceeded to hand me the cup covered in Pepsi I refused and told him to either wipe it off or get me a new one and he walked away. I guess this service is normal in this town, back to Toronto I go :)

Asked for well done wings and the guy was being a little rude about the fact that it was pretty well done at their regular cooking time. Got met with pink meat instead. The attirude of these people on the cooking side are unprofessional and pink chicken after we went over this basic instruction three times while he was taking my order is ridiculous.

Bad customer service.. rude staff and owner.. they wanted me to leave the Tim Hortons cups outside which could also have been said politely.. but the tone and behavior were not acceptable... KFC should take it seriously as the reviews rating is really low and train their staff... I visited on May 9 around 3:15 PM
