I have been to that location twice. Both times the chips are horribly stale. This last order was today with Uber Eats and they got my burrito bowl order completely wrong. Super disappointing. Won’t be back

Honestly the customer service was not great staff looked like they hate their job, first time I have been to this location and unfortunately I will not be returning. The portion I was given felt as if I was being robbed for money, I had asked politely if my bowl could not be half full when finished “filling” it. I was told it’s extra for anything else than what she had gave me. Even when not asking for extra just what is a normal amount I have received before, countless times. Very poor experience.

Customer service was good but the food prices are insane for how little is served. Went here today and ordered a bowl, so little was served for $14.50 I was honestly left still hungry from the portion. It looked like they serve a quarter of that bowl. When I asked if the guy could put more he took the tiniest scoop and put it in, is it coming from his pocket if he puts extra or what? If i’m paying that much for a bowl I should be left happy and full which I definitely was not today and I will not be returning.

I came in for takeout and ordered a barbacoa bowl. The man working there was very polite and very friendly which is why I gave 3 stars, but the food sadly wasn’t great. The rice, beans and especially the beef were barely warm. Not sure if it would even be within a food safe temperature. I’ve been to other Mucho Burrito locations before but this time it tasted pretty bland. I was starving and it was a bit of a dissappointment after spending almost $17 on it.

Went about a month ago.The guys there were over the top nice but I think they kinda uses the theatrics to distract from how they went about making the burrito I ordered.He put on the rice, he put on the beans, no problem but then we get to the veggie crumble and the guy tossed about a quarter of the scoop worth of crumble on there.He could have sprinkled it on there Salt-bae style, it was more of a garnish than the star of the show.We just stood for a moment kind of looking at each other in a who is gonna blink first moment".He then quickly pushed it ahead returned to the theatrics and asked what veggies I want.I thought maybe that's just the way MB is these days and thought I'll just stop going to that place. A couple weeks later a friend dragged me into the MB down on 109th and Jasper. I got the same buritto and the fella there tossed on not one

Food is average. But prices are astronomical: I mean $12 for two average tasting tacos. Got the veggie crumble, I which was ice-cold. And u get one topping per taco.. I know things are expensive but this is as much as eating at an actual Mexican restaurant.**update*** - WHAT A FRIGGIN JOKE! Is it just me or do these guys just drop a stupid email under all negative reviews and then never even respond??Emailed them as soon as they replied to my review, hoping they would redeem themselves but that’s clearly for show.

I went for lunch yesterday Nov 30 , 22 with my sister who raves about this place . However she was sad to see for the amount of money we spent on our food they gave us little vegetables and meat ! The girl did not know what the chilli tasted like when I asked her if it’s a popular item . She had no clue about their food . I think service was fine but not a good bang for my buck ! Especially with a recession going on now . My sister who goes more than I do was also dissatisfied with our lunch ! I can easily make mine at home with more ingredients. I really hope these owners evaluate these reviews with their employees. I do not wish to email anyone, but I think food needs to be served and given with your soul . Period !
