Dr. Olender originally provided treatment to my dog and my parents pets, and we always found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable.Dr. Robert Olender (son) provided at times reasonable care to my French bulldog. He progressively pushed unrelated procedures to be completed when I presented for very specific acute issues. I found his approach to certain matters to be ethically unjust, and insensitive at times. My mother was a long time client also switched her pets care elsewhere, as he was very rude and judgemental during treatment of her senior dog.The front desk staff always did their best to make appointments in a pinch, and greeted my dog with open arms.

I have been taking my family pets here for the past 25 years and I would highly recommend them. Great doctors and friendly helpful staff.

The worst experience with Dr.Robert O. He new that my dog had an organs failure but pushed for all tests, almost $1000. Next day my dog died, I left a message to the clinic that she died, nobody enen gave me a call. I will avoid this doctor for sure.

Been going here for years with our dog and 2 cats and have always loved the service and treatment our animals receive.

I had my mother go to this animal hospital to get a prescribed cat food for our cats. I had her go to this location as we have been sold the food here before. The woman at the front desk was aggressive and said that we should have never been sold the cat food in the first place as our cats are not patients. If this is there policy I completely understand but the woman that my mother dealt with did not need to be so rude and unpleasant. She said that this would be the last time it would be sold to us. If it would have been me I would have gone to another location instead of spending the $75 for the food at this animal hospital. If this is how the front staff treats people I would never take my animals here.

They schedule a vaccination for my cat faster than any other clinic, and ulterior communication has always been quick, effective and cordial. They handled my cat with mich care, affection and patience (very aggressive cat)

Super friendly staff and have a deep sense of care for my 3 dogs. They keep my dogs happy and heathy.. Thank you to all the staff at March Road Vet
