Positive Starbucks experience. We went for breakfast while travelling. The new oatmeal option was very nice and tasted delicious. Coffee met expectations of the brand. Bright locations and well run. The staff moved through orders quickly. Indoor seating was well kept and clean. Well done to the team at this location.

Why do you have a tipping option now?Starbucks is worth over 100 billion$ but can't afford to pay their employees properly and leaves it onto the customer?

I can't say enough about this Starbucks! The staff is awesome, lots of smiles all around, obviously well managed and the store and facilities are very clean. All staff are considerate and understanding of customers requirements and needs. They handle the busy times easily with great service. I feel very welcome here. Great job and I always look forward to coming back. Nice view of the mountains too!

Super easy mobile order pickup as always with Starbucks, this joint is booming and super busy at most times so waiting time can be a little longer than normal and our drinks arrived pretty defrosted which was annoying.The Soy Matcha Frappuccino (my go to) is always flawlessly yummy. However, the Soy Chai Frappucino was extremely sweet for one pump and tasted carelessly made in a rush.

After corona every where they put the coffee in the disposal cups except this sturbucksI like it

Nice Starbucks, but it's become a meeting place for the worst kind of human beings: street bike losers.

Where do I start! Extremely bad experience. We went in to order specific items, of which were relatively straightforward. 4 forks, 2 XL hot waters, and 2 croissants. What we got was our first bad experience of Starbucks!There was an elderly lady who worked there and she was extremely rude to both the coworkers and the people ordering. She was very loud in a rude manner, barking orders to clients and coworkers, and throwing things around. I let it slide that she kept interrupting us when we ordered because I thought she may be having a bad day, and I would assume her coworker did the same since one of them seemed pretty upset but wasn’t showing much attitude toward the customers.We waited for over 5 minutes for simple items we ordered, but we did so patiently. When we received our orders, I asked for the 4 forks, then she said “OH MY GOD!”, in a way where it was causing her soooo much inconvenience to pick up 4 plastic forks and hand it to me. So then I proceeded to confront her about her rude behaviour to everyone, and as you can imagine, she retaliated in the worst way possible. Not sure how she got hired and how she’s still working there, but I believe retiring from Starbucks would be the best option for her if she’s like that always. Once in a while is cool, since we all have our bad days, but everyday is unacceptable! And by the way her kind coworkers reacted every time she was ordering them around, I would assume she would usually be like that.I hope this review makes it to higher ups (like the other reviews that are about the same lady) and the issue would be addressed. All in all, we got what we ordered, with an extra side of attitude. Safe to say, we will never visit Starbucks again, in general not just this location.

I stop here like every time I go to Whistler. I'm so thankful for its existence. I get to let go of anything I've been holding inside my body for the past however many hours of driving, get a coffee and a bite to eat, interact with the friendly staff, and chill out before going out on the road again. The location is clean and is nice and warm inside, but the outdoor seating is also really nice when it's not freezing freaking cold out.
