Today I had a terrible customer service at this store. Before I purchased leggings for a pregnant women, there was no price tag on them and I wasn’t informed that this item is on sale and if I want to return them, I couldn’t receive money back , only exchange on something else. Today I come to do a return of these leggings and a cashier inform me that I need to find items instead of them to do exchange. I explained the situation that I didn’t know about it and I didn’t have any tag with the discount price , I asked manager to do a full return but it was denied. It was very uncomfortable to spend extra time finding replacement items. Was very sad and disappointed about this situation, especially I am pregnant.and they didn’t do an excuse for me.

I have been shopping in this store since 2016 and yesterday on August 28th at 3:30 pm, I had a bad experience with one of the staff who was working in the fitting room area. I was trying a pant and it looked small so I asked her to let me go and grab the smallest size, but she said you cant go out like what if you runaway". She accused me in a direct way that I was going to steal the pant that I was wearing. I was shocked of her negative attitude towards me
