Horrible to deal with. Called got a quote was a very fair quote. Then upon commencing with getting the policy wrote I did not hear back from them. After a few calls I find out the quote was entered incorrectly and now much higher. The agent I was dealing with didn't even have the decency to call me back or email with any information.

I have been trying to get insurance for months now through these guys and no luck. I understand it may be hard to get commercial insurance, but when you don't get back to people when you say you are and avoid calls for days and even weeks, that is unprofessional. You can take 5 min to shoot me an email saying sorry no luck yet" or "let's try this" or something at least instead of nothing. I even had to suggest splitting up activities since hard to find one to do both. Why couldn't they have thought of that? Tried changing our biz name on the quote and that seemed to be impossible to figure out too. Just very frustrating
