On Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 07:45 hrs, I tried to open my garage door but it would not open. I noticed that the long spring above the garage door was broken into two pieces. As I had promised my sister, who lives in Kitchener (I live in Cambridge) to take her to an 11:00am appointment, I tried to open the door manually, without success.I required assistance to get the door open. The first garage door company I called was unable to provide “same day service.” At 08:35 hrs, I called Winser Doors in Cambridge. A friendly lady, named Angeline, answered the phone. I explained my situation and why I needed my car. She quickly took action and asked me to stay on the line while she tried to help me solve my problem right away. When she came back on the line, she had good news. She had arranged for a technician to come to my house within 30 minutes.As promised, two technicians showed up, opened the door manually and I pulled out my car. This solved the problem of getting my car out of my garage in a timely fashion. They then proceeded to repair my garage door to working condition. They replaced the defective spring and made the necessary adjustments to the door opening mechanism. All of this was completed without delay and at a very reasonable rate. I was an extremely satisfied customer, as I made it to Kitchener on time to help my sister.I would like to thank Winser Doors for their prompt action and give a shoutout to Angeline (true to her name… an angel). I will definitely tell family and friends about the excellent service I received and will recommend Winser Doors to them.

Winser Doors is the most well run Company that I have EVER dealt with… From the moment that I walked into their Business… to the Completed Installation, I was kept informed always in a Respectful manner… Every single Staff member was engaging, personable and professional!!!If I could give them a Hundred stars, I would!Highly recommended!

Within minutes of completing the online form someone called me to schedule an appointment. The guys showed up on time and completed the repair quickly. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We had a metal security door installed yesterday. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a friendly team! They were both very pleasant and helpful. And some thing we hardly ever see, they asked for a broom and cleaned up all of the debris from replacing the door. I was highly impressed with their professionalism, and friendliness. Would definitely recommend!

The receptionist Tara was very nice even though i called many times. After the initial mishap - Scott contacted me and helped me get my appointment as we had some miscommunication. His turnaround time was great - had the technicians come out next day. The service technicians that came to do the job were nice and had it installed in 1 hour. Brad the salesman i dealt with was great and helped get me sorted. Will recommend and use again. Thank you for helping change my experience to a positive one.

A local contractor who works alone serviced my garage door, left it still not working and then would not return having been paid (paid well)! This week I called Dodd’s Garage Door. The workers were polite, knowledgeable and thorough. I have not experienced this high quality of service anywhere else in recent years. As a property management professional and former trades person I know good service from bad. Dodd’s is five star in my book.

Excellent company to deal with. When our 27 year old garage door opener would not open they sent a technician the same day to investigate and repair. We decided to replace the unit so I was not charged for the initial repair. I was quoted 3 levels of product over the phone and the new garage door opener was installed within a few days of order.Everyone I dealt with at this company including technical staff, sales staff and their accounting department were all professional. We could not be happier.
