Completed the submission form for Wedding floral referral weeks ago and haven't heard back. Whenever I call, there is no answer.

Petals Plus goes above and beyond every time. Christina’s arrangements are beautifully designed and delivered promptly. Not only is this a flower shop, it’s actually a boutique! Make a point to pop in and have a look, you won’t leave empty handed! Treasure in Mayerthorpe.

Petals Plus in Mayerthorpe is a horrible business with dishonest practices. My mom had ordered flowers for a friend that has been ill recently. She made sure to call in the flowers and specified that she wanted all roses. The lady from Petals Plus said it would cost 107.00 total since it was one of the better orders. My Mom's friend called to thank her for the flowers and when my mom asked if they where all roses she said there were NO ROSES. There were carnations, sunflowers, and some other weed which are all some of the cheapest flowers you can get. My mom called Petals Plus to let them know of this and they said they'd look into it and get back to her. She hasn't heard back from them since. To take more money from someone under the knowledge that they are to deliver a higher quality product to then deliver a much lesser quality product thinking the customer won't notice is tantamount to thievery. Petals Plus in Mayerthorpe is a crooked business and should be ashamed to operate the way it does.
